Papa Johns Pizza

I walked in to place my order on Friday night. I sat in the lobby and watched for 20 minutes. The female employee at the front register waited on customers while answering the phone, etc. and then rolled out the pizza dough without wearing gloves. She went next door to the sandwich shop to get fountain drinks, came back and went back to rolling out the dough. Another female employee rolled out dough while rubbing her nose also without gloves. This was totally disgusting and should not be allowed.

Where the sewing ad on the TV for the Pizza topping, how to put it on? But when we actually order, they put everything anywhere, not properly,

Finally after a long time gave them a try today… I actually changed my 2 stars to 1… they served us a raw pizza. Not a little raw, unedible. I absolutely cannot believe how bad this was. We had to put the slices in the air frier and hope we don’t end up on food poisoning. So explain to me, is that what the tip feature is when we submit an order? Must tip to insure the product we literally paid for is don’t right and not going to make us severely ill?
I have never ever lived in such a community where literally everywhere is absolutely horrible. People pleaze believe the low reviews, so many of these places don’t deserve business at all. There is no pizza place or food place in Jefferson. This is shameful

Ordered carry out. If they don’t see a tip for carry out they do not do your pizza well. Why am I suppose to tip for a carry out order? My specialty pizza that’s supposed to have extra cheese because it’s only cheese, had a paper thin layer. My two topping had plenty. Make that make sense! This location was good when they first opened but now have gone down hill significantly. My bf and I were debating to order from this location or one a few miles further because this place is lacking severely. Do they not know people tip cash as on pick up? We learned or lesson orders ago and don’t even do that anymore because they simply don’t care here. $25 wasted yet again.

Can you explain why it states online that you must order $35 of food in order to use the Papa Pairings deal? I DON'T need $35 worth of food. Talk about being full of themselves, this place is horrible. I'll use Pizza Hut, the pizza there is ALWAYS good!

An hour plus late is unprofessional. If you give an estimate, keep the estimate.

As you guys can see this pizza looked weird so we asked for it to be remade & the second one was barely acceptable.Than the lady got a attitude,if you don't like your job or life don't take it out on loyal customers I probably won't be ordering here again.

For the past 5 years I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. Today they just didn’t even cook my pizza. 20 minutes later I had to remind them. Before that I got an uncooked pizza. And before that I had another trash pizza. I don’t even know why I keep trying. I have to be done with this crap place.

Always a long wait and the people don't care enough to make it right.

Ordered through online app somehow order was passed on to door dash. When it got here food was lukewarm. Driver was great! I gave a bigger tip thinking it was going to be delivered by papa johns not door dash

I ordered on a Thursday and noticed Sunday that I was charged 2 times for 1 order. It was bad enough that it took almost 2 hours to get the order then to find out I paid $47.08 on a $23.54 order infuriates me, but based on the ratings for this location I'm not surprised at all. I'm curious, how many times this has happened before after I used their app and didn't catch it. DO BETTER!
