Everytime I come here I am always greeted with a smile. They are always busy, but that doesn’t stop them from having my order out promptly and still smiling while doing it. Love this Starbucks and the team that’s currently there!

first of all THESE GIRLIES!! They are so great, this is the only Starbucks in Jefferson, not a dunkin girl, ive tried all the coffee shops here and I hate giving Starbucks my money but the girls are always so great, my ONE big issue is that again, this is the only Starbucks and its in the Kroger, THEY WONT LET US USE THE COUPONS or BOGOS- to the owner; we are spending SO much money here on a $7 coffee and we cant even use the deals?? come on guys. I realize it's a corp chain, ADVOCATE. Your employees are working hard, we are all working for our money and we spend so much here, like give us a break

Only come here because well. It’s the only Starbucks Jefferson has to offer. Ordered a venti matcha (with ice) and venti strawberry acai with no ice (so it would still be good in the morning, not watered down) tell me why my cups are half full.. same blonde girl every time, telling her to fix the problem doesn’t work, because she always has an excuse as to why the drinks aren’t full. But no other Starbucks seems to have this issue when making my drinks. We pay enough for our drinks to be filled to the top ??‍♀️ ready for that Dunkin!!!

Update: The cold brew has been good recently. ??

Previous review: The customer service is friendly, but the cold brew tastes very watered-down. I get this drink a lot in many different SB’s and it’s consistently very very weak-tasting here. I ordered it almost every day for 3 weeks while visiting my parents in Jefferson. Sometimes they’re out.

I really wish they’d fix it since I love this drink and it’s the only SB in Jefferson.

Maybe Jefferson’s type of water messes with the extraction. Maybe they’re not using enough beans or the right kind. Or not cleaning the container. Maybe they’re adding too much water. Who knows.

I took my granddaughter for BOGO day, we bought 4 drinks and she used her app to scan the order for the points. My credit card was already placed when I noticed that the amount didn’t add up. The woman at the register declined to fix it and said she should have been told upfront. She saw the app, scanned the app, and most Starbucks I have used in the past will add the discount when they scan the app. Confused as to why she couldn’t cancel and reorder. Last visit to this Starbucks.

A high school special needs class visited Starbucks for a treat. We were welcomed by Charlee Reynolds in the eating area. Our students got to samples the Dragon fruit drink and a chocolate chip cookie. Thank you Starbucks and Charlee Reynolds for an amazing opportunity for our students.

Rachel went out of her way to accommodate our drinks since they were out of some ingredients. 10/10 customer service. They were busy but the baristas knocked them out quick with a smile on their face. Will definitely return!!

I am a regular at this location, and I have been getting my coffee here for over a year. I have not had a single bad experience at this location. The baristas have even noted when my order was different than usual and double checked to make sure they got my order correct.

My daughter and I stopped in to get our usual pumpkin spice and some food for our drive. Rachel was absolutely a pleasure while we were there ordering. Tiny rooms and tiny beds. Smells smoky in hallways. Major construction outside does not help. Good luck finding the entry after dark - no streetlights and very busy traffic.

i usually love coming to this starbucks but the baristas have gotten slower 15 minutes to wait on a drink i get they get busy some days but make sure you accommodate for your weekends. Not just 4 workers.
