I didn't get the associates name but we went in there this evening and they were out of pizza and one of my littles was so heartbroken that the kind woman behind the counter said I can try to make her one on bread and I tell you I think my little one ate more of her "sandwich pizza" as she called it than a normal one. So thank you for making her night!!

I didn’t look at the names of the employees, but there was a young girl there that was very hateful and rude. When asked the price of an item, she said, “It is on the menu”. When she typed the order up, she told the amount, then walked off while I tapped my card on the machine. She was not there for to give the receipt, so I waited. When she walked back over to see why I was still there, I asked for a receipt. She rolled her eyes, jerked the receipt out and handed it to me. The customer beside me saw what happened and said, “Wow.” The other employee was great and friendly.

I came at 9pm to order food and the doors were locked.. the door says they don’t close until 11. The doors were locked and someone came and said they were closed. Ridiculous.

For the employee who prepared app order for pepperoni pizza and I added in comments extra cheese. You so nicely wrote on the receipt up charge for extra cheese n didn’t put it on the pizza. The app DOES NOT have a option for extra cheese n this why I added to in the comments. I have no issue paying extra for cheese I do all the time when I go inside Subway n order.Too Subway corporate FIX the app for option for extra cheese when ordering a pepperoni pizza.I spend too much money at this Subway to deal with request for extra cheese using Subway App
