I was trying to buy a sandwich with one half cheese and one half ham with a coupon and the lady said I couldn’t. She also had a very bad attitude and was very disrespectful towards me and my relatives she refused to let us use more than 1 coupon.

The worker was very rude she didn’t ask me what type of cheese I wanted she proceeded to tell me that they no longer ask people these questions she was just very rude and it’s not okay I will return but never when she is there

I didn't get the associates name but we went in there this evening and they were out of pizza and one of my littles was so heartbroken that the kind woman behind the counter said I can try to make her one on bread and I tell you I think my little one ate more of her "sandwich pizza" as she called it than a normal one. So thank you for making her night!!

I didn’t look at the names of the employees, but there was a young girl there that was very hateful and rude. When asked the price of an item, she said, “It is on the menu”. When she typed the order up, she told the amount, then walked off while I tapped my card on the machine. She was not there for to give the receipt, so I waited. When she walked back over to see why I was still there, I asked for a receipt. She rolled her eyes, jerked the receipt out and handed it to me. The customer beside me saw what happened and said, “Wow.” The other employee was great and friendly.
Usually workers are friendly here there is one older, bigger, grey headed lady who wears glasses who is extremely rude to us. She seemed pretty miserable with her job. Been going here for years.

I came at 9pm to order food and the doors were locked.. the door says they don’t close until 11. The doors were locked and someone came and said they were closed. Ridiculous.

The staff is always super kind and make sure to make your sandwich your way! But, the reason I am not giving 5 stars is because with a carry out order they do not include Napkins or any sauce packets! Other than that amazing!
