I love the many flavors of ice cream. The staff are phoneminal as well. Tonight, my son had his heart set on a toy from the claw machine game. He was upset when he didn't win, and the cashier gave him a dollar to try again.

the hours needs to be changed online if you’re not going to be open. very disappointing to drive 30 minutes to get here for absolutely nothing.

It's a nice ice cream parlor, but I can hardly justify the price. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure that's due to inflation, but in this economy, I only take the kid when a bunch of her friends are going too. For around the same price as two, I can make an ice cream buffet at the house, which will last a lot longer.

They do have a number of arcade machines, though, and I did gain a new friendship with one of the other dads, so I'd say socially wise, it's like a bar for kids and an alternative for people who don't drink.

I went here yesterday night after homecoming and they HAVE THE BEST FROZEN YOGURT, SO MANNY TOPPINGS!! It’s so pretty at night!!!! I WILL be coming back! The cashier was so sweet aswell she said my dress was so pretty ❤️ Pls if you guys see her give her a tip she mind my night!

We loved it! The kids have been looking for a good froyo place in Athens since all the Menchie's near here closed. Swirlee's takes the cake! More toppings, more flavors, more games! The friendly staff along with the clean, inviting atmosphere make this a great time for the whole family! And p.s., its cheaper than Menchie's ever was!!! Highly recommended!! Grandma loved it too!!

Adorable froyo and ice cream shop, complete with arcade and air conditioning. Kid friendly! We will be back. Lots of flavors and toppings, and a great location right in downtown Jefferson.

This place is AWESOME. The ice cream is amazing and the frozen yogurt is very good. But the biggest appeal here: THEY DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR ANY AMOUNT OF TOPPINGS. It is a flat price for a small/medium/large cup and then you can go absolutely nuts with the toppings. Also, the portions are enormous. You more than get your monies worth.

We love swirlees. Always SO nice and my sons bday party back in January was AMAZING. great place!

Lady was rude to my son. He went to go get toppings for his ice cream in a clean cup as we were told to do and she told him he couldn't cause he had been there to long I guess 5 min is to long to get toppings for your ice cream u paid for. Some kids are picky and don't like everything mixed. We have always done it. We are a regular paying customer. Don't be rude to kids come to their parents if their are a problem not a kid that is doing as he is told. I can't say it is kid friendly when they are rude to the kids
