Worst restaurant in Jefferson.
Every employee I dealt with was rude and acted like customers were an inconvenience. Everyone looked miserable, like it was the worst day of their lives.

I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up. The drive-thru line was backed up, so I went inside to grab my order, only to be told they don’t even start the order until you get here. Then they said because I selected “pick up in line,” I had to go back through the drive-thru anyway.

Why even offer mobile ordering if the order isn’t started until you reach the speaker? That makes absolutely no sense and completely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering.

Poor communication, terrible customer service, and zero effort to help customers. This place is unorganized, poorly managed, and needs serious changes.

Every time we go it always takes way too long for someone to acknowledge me or my husband at the speaker, employees don’t seem to know what they’re doing- whether it’s taking cash or handling meal orders.
Get it together, train your employees properly.
Always come back due to quality and taste of the food but it takes too long, employees are slow, quantity is small in comparison to other locations and there is always something missing.

The girl at yhe window was good but... our food was dripping wet through the tortillas. While the nacho fries were hot and crispy, the soft tacos were basically mush and cold. They tasted awful. I've had plenty of taco bell in my days but never have I ever ate anything like that. I couldn't even get my second bite down. The taste was so off.

don’t know why this taco bell even opened honestly not worth the wait or money the one up the highway had better food and gets u out faster might not be the best service but id rather be going there then here this placed needs closed it was a waste of money

Horrible service I ordered online and it took him 20 minutes to give me my food while it just sat on the table and she was ignoring me and there was a whole bunch of customers waiting and she was also ignoring them. I do not recommend this Taco Bell.

Been to this Taco Bell several times and the workers are terrible and clearly not trained what so ever. I’ve gotten a quesadilla about 10 different times and not a single time they made it right it’s 2 ingredients cheese and sauce. The times that they did put sauce on them it was chipotle sauce not sure if there high out there mind or what’s going on. Just ordered multiple burritos and some other things not a single one had any sauce on it it’s ridiculous don’t go here. Nobody wants a freaking chipotle quesadilla nor food without the sauce that’s supposed to come on it so better!!!!!!! Ontop of all that you go there and the drive thru is completely empty and your gonna wait 20 minutes then you ask what took so long and they say ooo we need help! With what my boy one car out here haha.

Tbh this is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to 🤷🏼‍♀️ I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. I order in the app and my food is always waiting for me at the pick up counter within 10 mins. I don’t think I’ve ever had something wrong with my order which is crazy for fast food. I don’t know why these people expect a Michelin star quality restaurant when they go inside to order at Taco Bell 😂

Waited in the drive thru as the ONLY car for over seven minutes. Was told twice to “hang on” but never told for how long and never any apology or thank you. My family and I finally just drove off. Need communication from employees, the place was dead.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We have given this particular Taco Bell dozens of times to have halfway decent food. After getting our food, everything was cold and cheese was not even melted. We brought it back for a second time and it was even worse when it came out. By the third try, we were disgusted. Instead of fixing the problem they wanted to challenge the issue, even though it was clear that the food was not made correctly. very disappointing. Maybe someone will start to manage the location correctly.
