Interesting dishes and sides. Really happy this place is a part of Jefferson's options. Whoever is coming up with these meals clearly has a strong grasp on flavor combinations. Good stuff.
Interesting take on a Cuban sandwich. It works, but barely. I mean if you wanted pulled pork on a ham and Swiss...then just do that I suggest.
Like I said it works, but only if you embrace the concept. If you want a traditional Cuban and that's what your looking for, then skip this. The pork is smoked well, seasoned well and good. Just a little over the top flavor wise for a Cuban.
