Came to drive thru and they told me they only had two people working and would only be taking DoorDash orders. I understand being short staffed but just close down at that point.

Busy during our visits so I give them understanding in that area. Burger and fries still fresh and hot. Tables were dirty. I get it though. Will visit again. Parking great with a travel trailer and busy.

If you’re working night shift or stopping in the area for a late night meal, do not even bother to come here. They are always shutting down early for only online orders only. My work has lunch between 11:30pm-12:30am hours and sometimes I would like to stop to get something. I’ve been shot down several times. So don’t even bother going here.

I ordered door dash from this location tonight (8/8/25) and it took nearly half an hour for the staff to give my dasher the food. By the time they got it and got it to me (about a ten minute drive), my food was cold, I meant there was no warmth to it at all, and I had food missing. The nuggets were nowhere to be found despite the fact that they included the sauce. The frosty was completely melted, and must have been when it was given to my door dasher because there wasn’t even a small bit that was frozen still. I’ve been to this location before and they seemingly closed early without notice, or either they just ignored their drive thru alarm for a solid seven minutes before I finally decided to leave. I should have known better, but at least I can warn others. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Shaylen is the name on my recipe, she is a disrespectful employee who is on the phone while in the drive thru (had her airpods in) shut the window extremely hard multiple times after i asked her for my drink i was missing. my order was completely wrong missing a fry and nuggets.

I gotta say, my recent trip to Wendy's was a major letdown. I was really craving a classic Wendy's burger, but what I got was far from satisfying. The patty was dry and seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The lettuce was wilted, and the tomato was just sad. And don't even get me started on the fries – they were cold and soggy, like they'd been cooked way too long ago.

The service wasn't much better either. The cashier seemed totally uninterested in taking my order, and the whole place just felt kind of grimy. It's like nobody there really cared about the quality of the food or the customer experience. Honestly, it's a shame because Wendy's used to be one of my go-to spots for a quick and tasty meal. But after this experience, I'm definitely rethinking my fast-food choices.

Wendy's needs to step up their game if they want to keep customers coming back. There are way too many other options out there for fast food, and right now, Wendy's is not making a good case for itself.

I rarely visit this area so I don't know if the employees are always like this. The tone of their voice at the drive thru speaker is obviously someone who doesn't want to be there, and it doesn't get better at the window where they will quite literally hold your food outside as you are forward to get to the pickup window.

Walked in the door at 900 pm, and I hadn't eaten all day. I'm a trucker, and the door was not locked and they refused me service but yet they had drive through. I went to bk next door no problem.
