Shaylen is the name on my recipe, she is a disrespectful employee who is on the phone while in the drive thru (had her airpods in) shut the window extremely hard multiple times after i asked her for my drink i was missing. my order was completely wrong missing a fry and nuggets.

I gotta say, my recent trip to Wendy's was a major letdown. I was really craving a classic Wendy's burger, but what I got was far from satisfying. The patty was dry and seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The lettuce was wilted, and the tomato was just sad. And don't even get me started on the fries – they were cold and soggy, like they'd been cooked way too long ago.

The service wasn't much better either. The cashier seemed totally uninterested in taking my order, and the whole place just felt kind of grimy. It's like nobody there really cared about the quality of the food or the customer experience. Honestly, it's a shame because Wendy's used to be one of my go-to spots for a quick and tasty meal. But after this experience, I'm definitely rethinking my fast-food choices.

Wendy's needs to step up their game if they want to keep customers coming back. There are way too many other options out there for fast food, and right now, Wendy's is not making a good case for itself.

I rarely visit this area so I don't know if the employees are always like this. The tone of their voice at the drive thru speaker is obviously someone who doesn't want to be there, and it doesn't get better at the window where they will quite literally hold your food outside as you are forward to get to the pickup window.

Walked in the door at 900 pm, and I hadn't eaten all day. I'm a trucker, and the door was not locked and they refused me service but yet they had drive through. I went to bk next door no problem.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, stood in line for 5 min waiting for someone to acknowledge me but never did so I ask the worker was she taking orders she said she doing DoorDash right now instead of Welcome to Wendy’s i will be with you in a minute. That simple learn some Custer service skills maybe I would have waited.

Service was the slowest we have had in years from any place, and they were not busy with the number of employees they had behind the counter. Fries came out luke warm. Drive-up was a little busy. We had 3 orders waiting ahead of us in the dining room. One employee sitting on the countertop, to the right, behind the wall, that the customers could see. She was sitting there eating and passing the bag to another person back there and joking around. The individual making the sandwiches needed buns and calling for them from others, with no one getting them. Finally, after about 3 or 4 minutes, someone that was running around in the back, in front of all of us, got one bag of buns and passed them over. No fries dropped as additional customers coming in. They had enough employees to handle the drive-up window and the sales counter inside, but everyone could see 3 actually working, of the 6 or 7, and food orders backing up. Our sandwiches were finally ready and sat on the ledge for a few minutes before the guy trying to take orders and make the trays/bags for everyone was able to get them on the tray for us. The one running the frys had nothing dropped. I could go on but will stop here.

We will not be back to this location.

Terrible service, cashier was Jersiyah, asked my order to go and she put it to dine in, when I asked if she could put it in a bag she gave me atuttive and practically throw the bag to me, I don't mind doing it myself but she could loose the attitude

I've been coming to this Wendy's for the past few weeks for breakfast and enjoying it too but I will no longer come back I didn't know that boogers were an extra that could be added on and to the person who did it I'd be mad too working in a fast food joint also thanks a lot also corporate for that so-called phone call I was supposed to get later that day and or that email that never came just another worthless corporate company who could care less about the customer

Again the food was wrong, completely wrong. Called and all you get is a manager with attitude that will hang up on you when you ask for her name. So we just contacted corporate and was refunded our whole meal without hesitation because we will no longer fund this establishment. Horrible food like their managers attitude. Visited 1-13-25

Wendy’s location was clean and newly updated, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth experience. The spicy chicken nuggets were tasty, with just the right amount of heat, and the service was fast. Overall, a solid visit with satisfying food and great service.
