Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Came here two months ago, my food was absolutely disgusting. Called manager to inform them, manager claimed she would write my name down. Went back today & they had no name written down. GM made me wait 15 minutes just to tell me he’s sorry, there’s nothing he could do.

Portions keep getting smaller, i bought a chicken fingers sandwich meal and I could hardly see the chicken fingers, pro tip buy some extras chicken fingers and some extra sauce, add them to the so called sandwich and make it a real sandwich, the way it used to be, you'll be happy you did, Btw service and flavor were good as usual

No cutlery given for my food, I ordered small lemonade and I was given only ice 🤦🏽‍♀️.

Drive thru is never a good option at this location. Unless you want to be stuck forever.

I’m always dissatisfied with my food everytime I come here for lunch. The fries are either over seasoned, under seasoned, or just burnt and unappetizing. If I get nibblerz, they never have enough sauce on the tenders or the bread is burnt.

Wife orders me a wings and things traditional plate with tongue tourch sauce to bring home for my supper. She was obviously mis understood because when I opened the box it was nuggets and things with no sauce what so ever..... Boneless wings are not my thing. You pay a premium price to get Medicare service as always disappointing place!!!

If only I could post 0 stars for the service. My partner order a single thing inside this place, a milkshake. They said hold on, he did so, they served many other customers that were behind him, two others who also got milkshakes. After over 20 minutes of him standing there, while the employees stood around gossiping half the time because they knew one another, they asked if he got his order. He hadn't, fast forward 10 more minutes they gave him his order. A messy milkshake, don't recommend.

This zaxbys overall is a solid place, food is always good and staff is always friendly. I’m only giving it 3 stars because this location consistently* forgets aspect of my order. To the point where i almost never do drive through anymore because i know i’ll be needing whatever they forgot to give me. Hope this improves in the future!

I come here for lunch time to time since I work in the area, everyday is something different, one day they’re putting a big ole fat glob of ranch on her quesadilla even after asking for light ranch on it, this happened multiple times and then today I ask for a strawberry lemonade which they give me a regular lemonade so I ask them to remake it and when I finally get my quesadilla after 5+ mins, the nasty receipt that the cashier was touching was on top of my food, I like zaxbys but this location is bringing a bad rep to the Zaxbys name

This location has struggled for years. Painfully slow getting your food inside. It is normal for a 30+ min wait on a Friday night. And inside is less than 25% capacity. Long drive through lines that move at a snails pace. Food is always mediocre and luke warm, fries are either soggy or dried out. Always seems like chaos when going there. Wish there was another option close or they could figure out what is wrong and fix it.
