This zaxbys overall is a solid place, food is always good and staff is always friendly. I’m only giving it 3 stars because this location consistently* forgets aspect of my order. To the point where i almost never do drive through anymore because i know i’ll be needing whatever they forgot to give me. Hope this improves in the future!

I come here for lunch time to time since I work in the area, everyday is something different, one day they’re putting a big ole fat glob of ranch on her quesadilla even after asking for light ranch on it, this happened multiple times and then today I ask for a strawberry lemonade which they give me a regular lemonade so I ask them to remake it and when I finally get my quesadilla after 5+ mins, the nasty receipt that the cashier was touching was on top of my food, I like zaxbys but this location is bringing a bad rep to the Zaxbys name

This location has struggled for years. Painfully slow getting your food inside. It is normal for a 30+ min wait on a Friday night. And inside is less than 25% capacity. Long drive through lines that move at a snails pace. Food is always mediocre and luke warm, fries are either soggy or dried out. Always seems like chaos when going there. Wish there was another option close or they could figure out what is wrong and fix it.

Restraunts always closed at 1030 at this location. Showed up multiple times before 10 and before 1030 and every time they wont serve you and close early. Now theyve changed their closing time online to 10pm even though a week ago it was 1030.

Trash company and trash employees that waste everyones time. Food is always overcooked at this location too.

Worst experience I have had.
I ordered my food in the drive thru, paid and was told to pull forward while they make my food…no problem.
20 minutes pass and someone finally comes out with food but it was the wrong order. The employee said he would check on my order.I finally decided to go inside where I was for another 30 minutes. Once inside I noticed that same employee sitting down taking his break…. Also, make sure you get your reciept because I was never given one at payment so I couldn’t show anyone inside.
Well..I get inside and nobody knew what happened to my food .. I never heard a single apology for having everything messed up. Dont know where their manager was.. Customer service can definetly improve but my food was good after the chaos.
Their health score is an 88(B).

I stopped in today to get a quick meal thinking the service would be fine. However, I was blown away as I had to wait over 35 min just to receive my food. Multiple people were waiting around and workers had no sense of urgency. I was really disappointed as nobody seemed to care and all workers in bad were having conversations and not going about there job. Very dissatisfied with my experience here and will not be returning.

I don't normally leave reviews but this is day 2 of this location being cash only. Im not sure what this issue is but the owners need to fix it soon. I imagine there's been some revenue loss. In a tech era, paying with plastic shouldn't be so difficult
