This restaurant is a definite hidden gem. My wife & I had a two day breakation in Jekyll Island. We ended up going for lunch to 24 both days. Our first day with Victoria serving featured delicious shrimp tacos. The second day we sampled 24's smash burger; quite possibly the best burger we've had. The bun complimented the burger deliciously. The tomato & pickle r

Having visited Jekyll Island for several years, we are so happy to have recently found 24 Coastal Grill. We’ve visited the island twice in the past two months and we’ve eaten at 24 five times. Each experience continues to draw us back. On our last visit, Brandon was our server and he was extra attentive, helpful, and charming. His recommendations were excellent and we will certainly return to enjoy the pizza and roasted chicken.

Upon walking in we stood for awhile, finally someone acknowledged us. I have a service dog and it noticeably had its vest when she said we weren’t allowed entry. Finally we were sat, sitting there without anyone coming. There was one other table of two people and no one else in the restaurant. We counted 5 employees. After sitting for almost 10 min we got up and left. Would not recommend from rudeness. Note, there were several undesirable individuals sitting around outside.

I tried this place for the first time. Food was very good and service was wonderful. A bit pricey, but to be expected on the island, but you leave full!

I had a great experience at Coastal Grill, it is kind of hard to find, hidden behind Holiday Inn. We ordered the crab cake, fish and spicy chicken tacos, pretzel, and pizza. The crab cake burger was good, and the spicy chicken taco was also pretty good but the fish taco was lacking some flavor and was kind of dry. The pretzel was also good, it comes with 2 cheese dips, and the pizza was very cheesy.?

This new restaurant is AWESOME and a wonderful addition to the Holiday Inn Resort on Jekyll Island! It's spacious & comfortable with indoor and outdoor seating (including a bar area inside and outside - when the weather is nice). The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Johnette and Victoria are AMAZING!!! They were the bartenders during my stay and they make the best cocktails with such friendly and speedy service!!! Can't wait to go back!

I had the shrimp and grits. The grits had a jalapeño cheese flavor. Very good. The fish tacos were also good.

Ambiance is great with beautiful views of the ocean. Comfortable seating, excellent friendly service. I had the crab cake sandwich with brussel sprouts. Crab cake was overly seasoned and mushy. I make them at home and lightly fry them to get a good seer on both sides and use minimal Old Bay and/or salt so the crab meat flavor comes through. These could have used more of a seer to cook them through, and definitely had way too much seasoning. Brussel sprouts were perfect.
My husband had the steak tacos. Very good, but could have used more meat.
I had a strawberry martini which was excellent. I would also recommend a fish sandwich on the lunch menu, as well as Georgia shrimp - peel and eat would be a great appetizer. Grilled shrimp would be a great lunch entree.
Edited to add - Owner reply is passive/aggressive attempting to invalidate my opinion of the very over-seasoned mushy undercooked crab cake. And there is no grilled shrimp or fish entree on the lunch menu. We will not be back.
