First time visiting JI. Had 2 excellent dinners (triple tail dinner special and mahi mahi sandwich). Both pieces of fresh were fantastic (fresh, seasoned perfectly, grilled but not overcooked). Sides were all excellent as well ! Very fairly priced for the portions.
Had 2 meals here - lunch one day, dinner another. Excellent service! Had the hibachi veggies and cheese grits at lunch. For dinner visit Had the shrimp and grits. The only drawback was our salad arriving only a minute before the main course. Would've liked more time to enjoy the salad - it was a lovely salad.
We had a very disappointing experience. We arrived around 6:30 PM last night and were told the wait would be about 30 minutes, but we weren’t seated until approximately 7:40 PM. We remained patient and did not complain.
