I enjoyed this little shop. The atmosphere is great. I like the decor and it was very clean. One of the attendants was kind enough to check in the back to see if they had a specific item. I appreciated the extra effort. There is seating inside and outside on the beautiful porch.

Highly disappointed. I wish I never came here. $32 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and an alright coffee. Will NOT be coming back next time we're in Jekyll. I would recommend going somewhere else if you're in Jekyll.

We arrived here thinking we could do the classic picnic basket, like it was advertised on their website. Instead, they told us their website has not been updated and they only offer the soft shell cooler picnic. The food was great, however for what we paid and what we received, it's not wroth it. It was $91 for two people. It's wroth $40 ($20 a piece). My advice is buy your own picnic. We could had made our own classic basket picnic (like we wanted) and it would've been a lot cheaper.

Very snobbish atmosphere. Very expensive. A bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was $13. We as African Americans are scarce on this side of Jekyll. It seems as our group of 5, we were not welcomed there. My 12 year old son walked up to the chalkboard menu in the back of the restaurant, and a male and female white patron who was sitting close looked at him like he was angry my son walked up. I also noticed people walking up and looking into the Cafe. They stared at us, and chose to not come in. In no time the customers put their plates up after we sat down. Then we were in there alone. They cleared out when we walked in. It was like being in the 1950s. I had to console my son because he had never experienced such bold racism in his life. The servers acted like they didn't want to take our orders. We live in a large city, and the racism is not as obvious. It almost turned a good time into a life changing experience for my child. Even when we went to the Turtle Cove, we got the same reactions. It was the sad part of our vacation. People of color are not wanted here. Consider yourself warned. Eat bkfst before you arrive on the island. Don't go here...

Coffee shop was cute and we ordered a drip coffee and a latte with a cheese danish. Pretty standard, coffee was good and the cheese danish wasn’t awesome cold , I would have preferred it warmed up.

I was about to knock a star or two off because a week after Memorial Day they had no smoothies. 90 degrees and no smoothies?But what saved them was their Ruben sandwich. It was the best Rubin sandwich that I’ve ever had!Rubin’s are one of those things you don’t see much on menus. I’ve always liked them but I go many months In between having one. When I travel i like to compare them to each other.So I had to give at least one ding for no smoothiesI also like the music on the outside patio

Very overpriced, basic food. Why cutlery, cups sachets etc are all disposable is beyond me. No recycling bins provided. I'd like to see the establishment giving a thought to the amount of landfill waste it unnecessarily creates instead of 'just doing what everyone else'

Part of an exceptional and historic hotel complex where non clients can use.Very old world feel with excellent seating and a self serve type facility. Good quick food option as we used for breakfast.
