On November 22, 2025, at approximately 2:10 PM, my wife and I stopped at one of your Arby’s locations while traveling. We stood at the counter for nearly twenty minutes without being greeted, acknowledged, or assisted. Multiple employees walked past us, made eye contact, and continued working without offering any form of service. This experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards we expect from Arby’s. We are frequent travelers and routinely choose Arby’s when on the road, but this incident has left a very negative impression. I am requesting that this matter be addressed promptly, as no customer should be ignored or left waiting in that manner. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Cold fries that had already been refried. Meat in the sandwich was off. They messed the order up. I asked for ketchup and they gave me 3 packets for 2 people.

Went to Arby’s on Thursday after a soccer game. Let’s start by saying the service was horrible at best. They didn’t have any coke products to choose from, the shake machine was currently “out of commission”. After waiting a good 20 minutes in line after we ordered our food the French fries if you want to call them that were like chewing on week old stale hard fries. Didn’t eat them all the way because they weren’t edible the cheese burger I got my son was a hard hockey puck with cheese if you want to call it cheese. And the beef n cheddar was stale and old. I don’t know even what to say but I wasted a lot of money for nothing.

On Friday night September 19th at about 8:30 they were out of roast beef. The first person who came onto the drive through speaker could not be heard. Someone else then came to the speaker and we could hear them

I went to Arby's in Jesup GA on 19 Sep 2025, tried their brisket sandwich for the first time, as it was excellent. Returned to order again on 21 Sep 2025, the amount of beef brisket was half the size, hardly any onion rings or barbeque sauce, but they included 4 packs of sauce which tasted stale. That's it for me, never again do I plan to return.

We went to drive thru and the employee told us we couldn't order anything cause the computer is down. What does that have to do with it. Write the order down on a piece of paper and do the math. If she had asked we would have told her we were paying in cash. Guessing she might not be able to make change???
dont let the outside fool you. The food is cold as ice..we're not the only people. While waiting for our food 2 other people we're complaining how their orders were wrong

Place is incredibly clean, but the floors are too slippery and the AC doesn't appear to be working at the moment and it's concerning to me as it was more humid inside than it was outside and could pose a safety risk to both employees and customers.
