Used to love going to this restaurant years ago, but for the past 5 years or so, it has really gone downhill. Employees are usually rude or act like they hate being there if you even get an acknowledgement. The restaurant is usually dirty inside. And the food has become mediocre and cold.

Did an online order and they screwed up my double whopper, it didn't have cheese when it was suppose to, it wasn't suppose to have ketchup and it did and didn't know till I went to go pick it up that they don't do milkshakes and didn't even offer to refund the extra money it took, let's just say I will never get food from this establishment and I will tell all my friends about how the food is treated

They have no shakes like on line says and the half fries n half onion ring was just fries plus I had to fix my cold burger with bad lettuce so not the 1st time but will be my last.

Yall really gotta stop advertising food all over your menu and building that you arent carrying anymore. I drove 20 minutes to come get some fiery chicken fries only to be told they were discontinued. This is the second incident this year where I came to try a specialty menu item and was told they no longer have it. I settled with the regular chicken fries, which was supposed to come as a quantity of 8 and only got 7. My feelings are hurt.

Customer service isn't really a priority here! Wife picks up dinner and drives 13 miles home where we discover order isn't right. Hers was fine while my Double Whopper is a single that has come with tomatoes that we asked not to have. After several unanswered calls I get to a manager, Ms Ty who acknowledged she knew of the mistake during shift change but somehow it wasn't fixed then. She's willing to fix it if I bring back the burger which is nice but requires a 26 mile round trip. I say I'll just eat the burger but would like the difference in price next time I come in. No, she said if you don't bring it back I can't help you. So the other manager Ms. Brown was aware of the mistake and so was Ms Ty but nothing was done nor will be done unless I drive back. So my advice to anyone reading this is to first check your order before leaving cause you may get bent over if you live more than a few miles away even when they know they messed up. As for me, I'll make some calls to lodge my complaint about this store (#2397 by the way) in the hopes that some follow-up training will happen. And I think I'll eat at Wendy's for the foreseeable future.
Deserves zero stars. You walk in and the place literally smells like sewage. You can tell the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned probably ever. All while the workers stand there and glare at you as if you inconvenienced them by walking in.
