We have loved Captain Joe's for so many years. The food is good. This last trip it was fine but not hot, which was a little disappointing but not a deal breaker. I love their hush puppies and a salad bar is always a good idea.
We were impressed with the variety on the menu. Great selection on the salad bar. Our food came and we were very impressed with the large portion sizes. We ordered one of the seafood platters and the surf and turf with prime rib. Overall, the seafood was great. Great service here as well.

I got the Seafood Plattee for One. The fried shrimp, boiled shrimp, fried oysters, fried fish, fried clam strips, and the deviled crab were all amazing. I haven't had fried seafood in a long time.
The salad bar was fresh and delicious as well! They even have radishes!!
