Horrible service the cashier didn't get any of our order right and then tried to charge us for things we didn't get and everything is soaked in grease definitely wouldn't recommend

The facility is absolutely disgusting . You would think if you have six workers that you could have one of them wiping things downand tossing trash out . The work area was gross . You are working with food . As someone who has worked in the in good service I can say it's really not that hard to wipe things down . It's a shame when I pick up my drink at the a white counter top and it's nothing but brown sticky mess with people's old drink cups on the ledge with the decorations. 🥴

So in the drive through I noticed there were quite a lot of flies. I understand we live in the country and the window is open and shut constantly but I still feel they need to find some type of way to control it with a fan or something because I watched a fly land on my drink twice. I dismissed it and wiped it off when I got it but never have I bit into a fly. Today that all changed. It was at the bottom of my drink. So I drank almost the whole thing without knowing a fly was in there. It was a nitro cold brew so it’s a really dark brew. At first I thought it was ice but remembered I didn’t have ice in my drink. immediately spit it out into my sink and behold. A fly. I feel violated. ðŸ˜

I just bought a meal and 2 donuts. I guess hashbrowns, you only get 6 small pieces. I one back to ask for a water for my kids and they wanted a $1 for something places give for free. I guess I'm going to be sticking to places like Chick-fil-A for breakfast when they give you water at no charge. Ridiculous. Never coming back.
Also the ketchup packet holder was sticky and disgusting. Looks like something exploded in there and was never cleaned.

On the road and so glad to see a Dunkin in Jesup. However, my coffee was definitely old. I wish I had tasted it before we got back in the car. I would have certainly taken it back . It was terrible. I was disappointed

All the ladies working today are amazing and beautiful their atmosphere was awesome to feel this early in the morning being tired as a dog from working the hours I do me and my coworker were very happy for coffee and food. You ladies are amazing have a blessed day and year.

I love DD! They always have the friendliest staff no matter what day I go! They are always laughing and smiling when I go in or pull up and I love that atmosphere because it spills on to the customers. They rock!
Blow flies on the food in the display case. We went in to get some doughnuts and had to walk out. This is good info for the drive through customers, I wouldn't get anything here. To the manager, you need to invest in a closed display case.

Absolute garbage service. Asked for a refill for my yeti 30oz tumbler. The guy said they can't pour it directly into the tumbler. So I said that's fine, as long as it's enough for a full cup. Was told that's not a problem. The girl then brought me a 14oz cup of coffee and was required to purchase another refill to fill the mug. Like are you not smart enough to just originally give me a larger initial cup of coffee so I didn't have to make 2 purchases? Apparently not.

The Egg white omelet bites that i ordered were not completely cooked. They also tasted like they came out of a smokey oven, I even got a bit of charcoal in one of the bites which tells me the oven was not clean.
