I've never had such a pleasant experience at a Dunkin Donuts. Ari, my barista, was amazing. My drink was delicious and she was just so friendly and had such amazing customer service skills. I can't wait to come back.

Service is good for being short staffed but this location can be busy. I've waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru on multiple occasions but their service is great all things considered. They need to do better about keeping items in stock though like the egg bites that my son loves

Who doesn’t love a Dunkin'? Ours in Jesup is hit or miss. More miss than hit here lately. Nobody makes the coffee the same. When you ask for extra milk and sugar, it should be given. If its not how I want it, I don't want it. You can't get good bacon on your toast because it's always burnt. And they have gotten to where they are too lazy to crumble it on top the guacamole. Who wants burnt bacon on it? Iced coffee is supposed to be iced. Cold. Most of the time you barely get ice and the ICED LATTE is still warm. And people still don't know how to pull in from the highway or lack common courtesy by hanging back, taking up room and not letting ppl in/out the parking lot.

Waited 26 minutes in the drive thru for 2 drinks, a donut, and hasbrowns. The ice had already melted from how long they took to give us our drinks and the hashbrowns were legit still frozen, I just didn’t have enough time to go in and get it fixed because of how long I had already been there.

Hands down the best Dunkin I've been to. I'm a creature of habit, and my go-to is always the mango pineapple refresher with lemonade. I have ordered this countless times from countless locations, and nobody does it like Jesup!

I see all these negative reviews about picky customers looking for something to complain about so they can get something for free so glad dont work in restaurant business anymore. I have nothing but good things to say, only one time wrap toasted to long but still eatable. Everyone working at this location is nice, if you treat people nice you get treated nice. People who complain about them go elsewhere, you one less person in line holding it up with your nonsense. You people that want things for free go stand on corner and beg, leave these employees alone. Never change, I answer complaints for Starbucks and same darn BS you people say these things while on phone saying bad things about the coffee or food, but you can't talk because you cramming your mouths while sitting in parking lot. I'm pretty sure it's the same way with Dunkin. Get a life real job to support your dunkin stop with the negative feedback about this location and there employees. Keep up the good work Everyone that works at this location, see you in just a few for my coffee and breakfast.

Horrible service the cashier didn't get any of our order right and then tried to charge us for things we didn't get and everything is soaked in grease definitely wouldn't recommend

The facility is absolutely disgusting . You would think if you have six workers that you could have one of them wiping things downand tossing trash out . The work area was gross . You are working with food . As someone who has worked in the in good service I can say it's really not that hard to wipe things down . It's a shame when I pick up my drink at the a white counter top and it's nothing but brown sticky mess with people's old drink cups on the ledge with the decorations. 🥴
