terrible absolutely terrible. burgers were absolutely doused in salt to point where they were practically inedible. actual salt chunks that crunched and made the whoe burger gritty. so salty it would make your mouth burn. left out the sauces we specifically asked for and reminded them of. and payed $60 dollars for this?? never again.
ATTENTION: TREY WIGGINS I came in hardees with my two little daughters to get something to eat and we didn’t know what we wanted at first so we stood to the side to check out the menu. As we proceeded to view the menu, we couldn’t help but hear someone in the kitchen saying VERY inappropriate things related to sex and having sex with men and she was discussing private parts and it’s was extremely uncomfortable for me as a mother to hear especially in front of my daughters who have never been around such language. She continued to have the same conversation very loud and i discreetly asked one of the employees her name and position and to my surprise she was the GENERAL MANAGER and her name is Sonya Carr. I never experienced anything like this and my kids should not have to hear things like that at a restaurant. This is extremely unprofessional and she not be tolerated but any employees let alone the general manager. I will never be coming back to this hardees in jesup on 1st street and I will be pressing charges.

Drove through with grand kids thinking it would be convenient to get food for the grandkids they ask me what sauce the kids want just to not give any sauce!!!!!!!!!
The food was standard Hardee’s fast food. We had the mushroom burger and a small cheeseburger meal. It was made perfect to order & tasty for fast food. The fries were perfectly cooked as well. The service at the register though, I’m not sure about the girl. She was stoic and monotone. When I asked how she was, she complained about having to have been at work since 5 a.m. Understandable, but customers honestly want to see a smile, not complaining. When I greeted her & smiled to engage a smile, again, she was monotone with no expression. The facility was very clean with stylish 50’s vibes with the white & black checkered floors. Our bill was comparable to other fast food joints.
