As soon as I walked in to this store I knew Debbie O’Quinn had to still be the manager here!! When I was younger living in Jesup she was the manager at Burger King and your uniform had to be clean and your customer service had to be on point!
Da’Tari and Kia had impeccable customer service when we walked into Jersey Mikes! The place was clean the girls communicated and smiled with every customer who walked in! Great attitude and friendly faces!! Kudos to the both of them!

Jersey Mike’s was my favorite sub shop, but I placed my order today at the store. The person slice in the meat. Phone rang, put his hand in his pocket, started talking on his phone while he sliced me using a slicer, touching meat with that hand that had the phone Everyone in the store thought that was OK even the manager there

Yuck. Sloppy, dirty and rude. Meat Was pre-sliced and dry order was not made correctly. I will not go to the Jersey Mike's in Jesop again.

Order two subs. Both Philly one with onion and peppers one with just mushrooms. They meat or mushrooms were spoiled. You could smell and taste it on the sub with just mushrooms. The meat even looked different than the one with peppers and onions. Tried to call couldn't get anyone on the phone. Hope No one gets sick from eating spoiled foods.

Very high-quality ingredients and bread. Just lacking a little in the customer service department. One of the managers can be a little standoffish with her employees and it shows in their attitudes sometimes (not too often) Maybe not the best location to get in and out of town either. DOT could have done a better job with the entrances off of the highways

Customer service isn't really practiced here! Several issues to cover. Noticed that no employee looked happy or smiled at anyone the entire dining in experience, not even the manager. After taking the order the incomplete sandwich was left sitting on the counter for me to stare at while 4 others after mine got completed. I wasn't told what was going on. I assumed online orders were being made but pissed that nothing was said. Several minutes later the manager grabs mine and finishes putting lettuce and oil on mine. Why couldn't it have been done from start to finish without making me wait? Next issue is price. It wouldn't feel as bad paying $17 for a sandwich if the customer service was actually provided. Did you know they up charge $3.45 if you get gluten free bread? With the most expensive sandwich at $16.95 that brings the cost to over $20 FOR A SANDWICH! Baldino's has better sandwiches for less money and they trained there people to say hi and smile when dealing with customers! Who would have thought. I won't come back to this store. I'm probably not going back to this franchise with the cost of their sandwiches now. This experience has reminded me that there are too many options out there to have to deal with poor customer service and skyrocketing prices. I'll support the business that treat their customers with care. Bye Mike!
