PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO HAVE COMMON SENSE. I ordered a number #14 (veggie sub) to go and they literal just put cheese and mayo. Unfortunately, my family drove almost an hour away just to go here so it wasn’t like we could go back to get it fixed or even get a refund. But seriously, these subs are expensive and someone should have definitely verified before wrapping an odd order like this up. I don’t know how you go from veggie sub to cheese and mayo only.

This used to be my go to sandwich place… no longerThe only thing good about it was the chips, which came in a Doritos bag...Ordered the #17 cheese steak…. Meat was burnt, Extras I paid for were not on the sandwich and it was dry as hell.To make the experience even better, my wife’s sandwich wasn’t even the one she ordered..Disappointing and won’t be back.

Happy to cut our subs. Staunchly refused legal tender to pay for the sandwiches. Citing store policy to deny service if you pay with a 50 or a 100 because of other people's counterfeit money. Will not use an identification method to confirm it is real money either. Just flat out won't take it. Then won't give a discount for having to leave to make change and come back. Like it was a privilege for me to walk in to their establishment.
