Buyer Beware! I waited over 35 minutes in the drive thru for a 16 piece family meal. I asked for all dark meat. I got home and found dark meat on the top, but wings and breasts on the bottom. Looks like they intentionally hid the breasts and wings. I waited over 35 minutes and they hid the fact that they didn't give me what I asked for and wasted my time. Over $50 and didn'tget what I asked for. I won't be going back

Employee at register behaved as though HE was put upon to do his job! Chicken had OBVIOUSLY been sitting out and NOT being kept warmed, de-boned and fed it to my dogs!!! Biscuits (2) were ROCK HARD and cold, too!!! Overall, (didn’t want to cook and haven’t had fried chicken in ages, had to have it, now sorry I did!!!) I wasted my gas and my $14, the ONLY thing that was good is my Mountain Dew!!! First time ever visiting this KFC and it is my last!!! As someone that has worked in customer service I know it sucks, that there are rude and hateful people that come in but DAMN!!! Come on KFC Jesup, GA, you have to do better!!! ETA: stomach issues began less than 12 hours after eating the drumstick and piece of biscuit (hadn’t had food for more than 12 hours before purchasing KFC meal and stomach still isn’t right if you get my drift!!! Not sure that it was food poisoning but damn!!! I don’t eat fried food normally but had to have it!!! GROSS!!!

I went through the drive through and was asked to pull up when there was no one in front or behind me. Which is fine, but I sat there for 30 mins and someone behind me came and got their food instantly! What was the point of this?! I only order a small chicken box too like what the heck. I will not being coming back cause this service is just shitty.

This is the WORST kfc. Every time I go there they mess up my order. There workers must incapable of reading a order and getting it ready. Not only that, was told today that the four piece combo doesn't come with a drink. The display clearly says it does and there website clearly says it does. I will be contacting corporate and make complaint about this KFC.
They have always treated me good. Food is hit or miss on being fresh and hot, but overall a decent place to eat.

Went to this KFC after a softball tournament late Saturday night — Erica at the window was SO super sweet and nice! ❤️ She had such a great attitude!! The food here was much better than the KFC food we usually get in my hometown. Highly recommend this KFC!
