I placed my order at the wrong location. The drive thru lady came outside in a pouring lightening storm to help me resolve this! She was phenomenal. I am thankful for her kindness.

Orderd online and it was sent to jesup by mistake but since I was heading homei called and asked if they could hold the order till I arrived the manager said yes and he would have it fresh well it was cold and the employee told me they wasnt fixing my white a$$ fresh food that he didnt care what i was told

This is the WORST kfc. Every time I go there they mess up my order. There workers must incapable of reading a order and getting it ready. Not only that, was told today that the four piece combo doesn't come with a drink. The display clearly says it does and there website clearly says it does. I will be contacting corporate and make complaint about this KFC.

Went to this KFC after a softball tournament late Saturday night — Erica at the window was SO super sweet and nice! ❤️ She had such a great attitude!! The food here was much better than the KFC food we usually get in my hometown. Highly recommend this KFC!

I spent over $30 for an 8 pc meal and they didn’t have the decency to inform me that I would only get 2 chicken breast and all the other pieces were chicken thighs. And I previously had an issue with them holding on to my debit card a little too long. They are the worse and I will not return to this KFC in Jesup ever. They are absolutely awful

I believe this will be my last time eating at this location.i stop coming for a while. But nothing has change in 15 years at this location.Seem to me it time for new management.
I went to KFC today and ordered two three piece dinners with fries and coleslaw I also ordered one chicken pot pie it was the first chicken pot pie that I have ever had that had no chicken in it I was very disappointed!!!

We stopped by for a quick bite to eat and we're so impressed by the young lady working the counter, Grace. She was so pleasant when we placed our order. While we ate our food we watched her help several customers. Grace was incredibly patient and helpful and was always smiling. I was blown away by her level of customer service and her professionalism. Thank you for being so kind and keep up the great work!
