Staff was very pleasant even though we dined late. Food had stopped being prepared in kitchen, but the bar still had a variety and was hot. Will definitely be back earlier in the evening to try more

Ordered two sesame chicken combo plates. I got to tell you the truth. It really sucked. Very salty not sweet at all. Like sesame chicken is supposed to be. Tasted like the chicken. Was like 2 days old. Very hard to chew. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money. That's all they want. They don't worry about providing quality food. They don't worry about providing fresh food. They worry about getting your money. I suggest go to China One in Brunswick Georgia. Or at the very least across town to East walk.

Our server ALWAYS seems to have an attitude (not the lady that's usually the cashier, the other one). Never smiles, snatches cups off table to refill, when requesting refills makes me feel like I'm bothering her or something.

The worst service ever. The food had been sitting under the lamp for some time that it became dry. All other restaurants I’ve been to has given me opportunity to take my drink home and the server literally stated “ no take home drink, drink here only” as she slapped her hand on the wall, repeating herself several times then walked away. Mind you, I didn’t want a refill, I only asked for a cup because I can never finish my drinks. The plates were pilling up from the others in the party. The server never came to check on us. I could see that they were not so busy and they had a good amount of servers, but she could not once stop and ask if we were good or needed anything. She passed our table several times to.The bathrooms were not that great. The door on one stall was coming broken from the hinges.This wasn’t a great experience and I know we won’t be returning.

A wonderful little buffet with hot, freshly made food. Service was good, it did seem like they might have been under staffed. Our waitress was a super star, not only did she seat us, bring our drinks, but she bussed the tables all around us quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be going back for more.

The buffet is not good. We came in 8pm on a Friday night, two hours before closing. Several dishes on the buffet were completely empty and not refilled. The rest were rubbery from being under a heat lamp too long.We’ve gone to the New Super Buffet in Vidalia several times, and loved it. Regrettable the one is Jesup is nowhere near as good.
