Said they had to cancel my mobile order after I arrived, claiming they were out of chicken.... I have called for 4 days in a row trying to get my money back. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!

Went thru drive thru on my dinner break and asked for a popcorn shrimp, she said they was outta stock and told me they did have chicken fingers. So I ordered a combo add a side of coleslaw and 2 apple cinnamon pies. I tried calling them back after I realized they gave me 2 strawberry cream cheese pies, in which I am allergic. Thank the Lord I only took a small bite!! It would be nice if they would answer their phone cause they sure weren't busy up there at all.... just saying ypur service is horrible!!

Ordered through drive through, ran out of stuff I wanted. Gave me incorrecy change. Staff forgot about the order and got snippy about me saying something when it was clearly their fault I was waiting for my food at pickup. Waited out here for my food for about 15 before I had to back up into the drive thru window and ask for it AGAIN. And the my Food came out cold. Overall terrible staff and management. Lost time and money.

Make you leave the drive thru. Then leave you for dead 25 minutes in the parking lot, manager must be blind. Good thing they have timers, so people won't have to wait on employees to surf social media!!

I ordered my food at approximately 5:28 PM. I was told there would be a 15 min wait for fresh chicken. I told them I didn't mind. I then proceeded to have to wait for 35 min to receive my order. Other people happned to get their food way before me and with the chicken that was ment for me. I wanted fresh chicken by the time the lady finished gwtting each individial part of my meal togethee for God knows what reason, my now fresh chicken was cold. food when fresh is always delicious however the wait and service don't always make up for it. If you don't mind waiting a bit it's the perfect place for some good food.
