I ordered my food at approximately 5:28 PM. I was told there would be a 15 min wait for fresh chicken. I told them I didn't mind. I then proceeded to have to wait for 35 min to receive my order. Other people happned to get their food way before me and with the chicken that was ment for me. I wanted fresh chicken by the time the lady finished gwtting each individial part of my meal togethee for God knows what reason, my now fresh chicken was cold. food when fresh is always delicious however the wait and service don't always make up for it. If you don't mind waiting a bit it's the perfect place for some good food.

My 4th time in about 2 years that I’ve ordered all white chicken and got all dark except one breast. Got 2 thighs and a leg ; paid $ 13 + which is more than than competition. Didn’t receive any napkins or silverware to eat the rice n beans with. Only reason that I returned there today was that I had heard they had new management. Just as bad as ever before. I hope they close because of such incompetence and unfriendly staff.

I was told that the Jesup Popeyes was under new management so I decided I would give it another try. It did not disappoint! The staff are friendly and do a great job. Great chicken and red beans and rice! Thank you

Ordered 3 piece strips with red beans and rice, added order of fries and asked for sauce for chicken. Paid for the fries, they were left out and no sauce. I should have checked before I left, buy shouldn't have been too hard to get my order correct since they weren't busy at all.

The lemon pepper wings gave my husband and I food poisoning. We have had Popeyes at so many locations and never had this happen. The employees are nice and from what I could tell the inside was clean.

Ordered 16 PC regular with fries, Coleslaw, mac and cheese and a extra LG mac. Was told it would be 15 min due to cooking chicken I said that's fine. I paid and was told to park because of window timer which I obliged. After 30 min of watching people go in and order her their food and leave. I went in to ask if they forgot about me and he said yes then said oh someone stole your food I put it on the counter. I asked why he would do that concerning I'm outside waiting. He said he don't have time to check cams to see who stole it. As I waited for him to fill my order again he continued taking orders and filling orders but not mine. I then asked well can I just get my money back and he said no I would have to come back tomorrow. So I asked for a copy of my receipt because he never gave me one. Then he said oh you never paid for your food which I said yes I did at that window I have you a hundred dollars for the 57.22 charge. Then he placed the chicken on the counter and said her you go. I stayed I still needed my biscuits, slaw, fries and Mac. He reluctantly filled them and said on which I stayed I need the other large mac. He then said I didn't charge you for a extra Mac and I told him yes you charged me $6 and some change for it so he again reluctantly filled it and finally have me a copy of my receipt and low and behold the extra Mac was there. I called the district Mgr as I walked out Ms Erica sweet women. She said she was sorry and would get it felt with. Well I got home and all the chicken was spicy not regular like I ordered and was missing half my biscuits. I hope Ms Erica fixes the place because I love Popeyes but my last few visits to the Jesup location has been horrible. Good luck Ms Erica.
NO JOKE!! Don't go here. Today at lunch time, we waited 19 minutes, ordered 12:18pm, got food 12:37pm for 2 chicken sandwiches & 6 pcs chicken tenders. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I asked what the problem was. I was told a few more minutes. Observed drive thru handled more quickly than inside. I heard the mgr telling another employee that they are timed for drive thru. So inside is of no priority to them. I believe my sandwich was given to someone in the drive thru. I almost walked out, ask for refund. But mgr finally saw what was happening & came to apologized, gave us 2 free fries that we didn't even eat. I was so disgusting with their service it ruined my 1st time trying their chicken sandwich too. I was impressed w large filet but it was greasy. Felt sick the rest of the day. Probably cause it sat so long waiting on Other chicken sandwich. I think I'm going to contact my credit card & Dispute the charge. Also my son's sandwich had cheese on it along with the Cheese

My husband and I drove to this location from Hinesville, we were welcomed in by very friendly manager and team. Food was hot and fresh, biscuits were amazingly fresh and the manager made sure we had everything before we left. This is one of the best locations we have been to and we will choose this location on our next visit to Popeye’s!

Tonight was very refreshing to receive such great customer service in 2024. Anytime there’s an issue with my order I’m never left feeling treated fairly for the inconvenience. Tonight I just want to thank Larissa for accommodating me. She went out her way and truly that was a blessing. Lord I pray you you bless her and her family in Jesus name!
