Placed order in drive through, then waited 20 minutes, went inside to ask about my order. Was told they had 36 online order to fill. Waited another 5 minutes to get my order. Will be a long time before I return.

Orders a route 44 dirty Dr Pepper, it was clearly not Dr Pepper (there machine must have been running clear) and went back to have it fixed or get a refund, was told that they couldn’t give a refund and could only substitute with a dirty Coke by a young lady with black hair. I should think I should either be able to get a refund or have the money subtracted off of the price of another drink instead of them refusing to give me a refund and having to buy a whole Nother drink.

Waited 40 minutes for cold food. Now they are taking forever to refund my money. could not get a refund until the owner showed up. And she was mad at me because I was Mad about them wasting my lunch hour. The people that own this Location may need to sell it before it goes bankrupt. They definitely have no experience in running a restaurant. Since they have acquired it, the business has gone down dramatically. From poor Management, training, and customer service. Those are the things that keep a restaurant viable.

Placed a mobile order, waiteted 30 minutes when we got pulled forward. We went inside to see what was taking so long and he said he forgot about us, handed us our food and it was cold, absolutely no apology, just “I forgot about you”

Zeus made the best Sonic blast I've ever had! Peanut butter and reeses cup. Sweet and salty in all the right ways. It was made with love for sure!

We pulled in to try the advertised toffee coffee for 1.99. we were told it was some type of food instead, but the sign out front did not read that way.
night shift needs to get it together because it’s no reason i should be waiting an hour plus for 3 things. then all the employees be acting like this there first time on the job. this is karma kayla, you done fired all the best & now look.

It wasn’t a bad experience, honestly gets a bad rep. If you’re looking to try some great food, i’d recommend coming here and getting the triple smasher burger!!

Whoever they have cooking tonight sucks. Smash burger was dry and cooked to death. Me and my wife's burrito had next to no cheese on it, was rolled terribly and the sausage was old and hard. My dill tots i paid 1.20 extra for were over cooked and hard as well. Whoever is working as the cook around 5:30 pm definitely dosent care what they put out. It's a shame because I usually love their burritos.

Fast food dining. Staff is usually very nice. Our last app order was all messed up but that's the apps fault. Employee explained what happened, sucked but they only prepared what the app told them too. Good place to grab a quick meal on the go.

recently visited Sonic during the night shift and unfortunately had a less-than-ideal experience. The drive-thru felt rushed, and my order was incorrect when I received it. It was a bit frustrating, especially late at night.
However, I want to give credit where it’s due—the morning shift really turned things around. I came back the next day, explained the situation, and they were more than happy to fix the issue without any hassle. Their professionalism and willingness to make things right were much appreciated.
Overall, while the initial experience was disappointing, the great service from the morning staff helped restore my confidence in this location.
Honorable mention : I forgot the guys name( maybe Jonathan) but he made sure that I got everything the second time around also Ms/Mrs Kayla give her a raise 👏👏
