Whoever they have cooking tonight sucks. Smash burger was dry and cooked to death. Me and my wife's burrito had next to no cheese on it, was rolled terribly and the sausage was old and hard. My dill tots i paid 1.20 extra for were over cooked and hard as well. Whoever is working as the cook around 5:30 pm definitely dosent care what they put out. It's a shame because I usually love their burritos.

Fast food dining. Staff is usually very nice. Our last app order was all messed up but that's the apps fault. Employee explained what happened, sucked but they only prepared what the app told them too. Good place to grab a quick meal on the go.

recently visited Sonic during the night shift and unfortunately had a less-than-ideal experience. The drive-thru felt rushed, and my order was incorrect when I received it. It was a bit frustrating, especially late at night.

However, I want to give credit where it’s due—the morning shift really turned things around. I came back the next day, explained the situation, and they were more than happy to fix the issue without any hassle. Their professionalism and willingness to make things right were much appreciated.

Overall, while the initial experience was disappointing, the great service from the morning staff helped restore my confidence in this location.

Honorable mention : I forgot the guys name( maybe Jonathan) but he made sure that I got everything the second time around also Ms/Mrs Kayla give her a raise 👏👏

Extremely disappointed with the Sonic in Jesup, GA. The wait time was so long that multiple cars in line just gave up and left—including me. As a franchise owner, how is this not a major concern? Every car that leaves is lost revenue, a damaged reputation with the town, and a customer unlikely to return. This location is either severely understaffed or poorly managed. Either way, it reflects a lack of care for customer service and business standards. Jesup deserves better.

Placed a curb side order. Didn’t know you’re not allowed to order after dark. Most places shut down their online ordering so people know or have signs. The night manager (guess that was who he was) was really rude about it. Didn’t get a greeting. Just a very rude comment about ordering after dark. Then found a piece of cardboard from the drink carrier in one of the cups.

We sometimes have difficulty getting our order heard over the speaker... My fault, it takes me a bit to get it out. They always let me know they'll come out and take the order. They are very kind about doing so. The food is good and we all enjoy it. It can be a bit expensive for the 4 of us, so it's a treat when we get to go. Get the groovy fries. Ooohh baby!

This was always our go-to for late night munchies, then it took a serious quality hit. EVERYTHING that came from there was absolute garbage in one way or another, not to mention it took FOREVER to get. Lately, we've slowly started going back. It seems like they got a new nught crew. THANK YOU!!! It's all been great. The order came out and right as well as hot. So, hopefully, they keep it up! Well done on the turnaround!!

I ordered a B.L.T , it felt a little lite. There was one slice of tomato, two slices of bacon, and one leaf of lettuce. All that would have been alright if they'd had served it on one piece of bread. Guess I should stick to making them at home. The darn thing cost like eight dollars too. However their burgers are great
