I think I know what a dogs rubber bone must feel like when you bite into it...hard and chewy! That was the Italian herb and cheese bread that wrapped my cold cut sandwich. This is the first time I've eaten at a subway here in Jesup since moving here in 23. The prices here are higher than anywhere else in Georgia I've been to get their subs. But they advertised a meal deal of the day so I finally walked in. My mistake! The worker was quick with my order once he finished the several calls ins he had. Rearly made eye contact and no smile. Just gave me options and set to work. Most of us still prefer friendly service but it's rare to find these days. Now in my truck I took a bite and realized the workout routine I was about to engage in. Lunch shouldn't be a trip to Planet Fitness! This bread clearly wasn't made fresh today. More like sometime last week and reheated with the intent to replicate the before mentioned rubber dog bone. The moral of this story is that a deal isn't a deal when Ben Stein makes your food and you feel like you're training for the world's strongest bite competition! Conclusion, don't bother coming here unless your hunger is greater than your need to workout!

The restrooms were clean and the clerk was so helpful.She made our food with care and didn’t skimp on toppings.You could taste the love.

Im not sure who she was that made my sub, but it was picture perfect! Unfortunately I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture! ? I love it when employees take pride in what they do! And she really did! Keep doing an amazing job lady who made my sub on Friday evening 7/12/2024, (you need a raise)

My husband ordered a pizza sub for me. Upon arrival at home, I opened it up and it was soggy and loaded with so much sauce that it was borderline soup. He took it back and asked if they could remake it. He could barely get the words out of his mouth before a rude employee shut him down quickly and responded by telling him he would have to repay for it. When I was told this, I called the store and asked the girl who answered if I could get managements phone number. She got loud and said I could come up there the next day and talk to them. She would not give me any kind of contact for complaint. And argued over the phone yelling over me, telling me I should have asked for light sauce. I am a repeat customer who never has to ask for light sauce because I never need to when it is made right. She then hung up on me. So I drove to the store to get her name. She got hostile and started threatening to call the police. I then attempted to take a picture of her to show management when I could speak with them the next day. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a subway, and I will not be returning if this girl is not reprimanded for her behavior. You do not treat or speak to customers that way. She needs to lose her job.

What is the point of printing coupons if Subway will not honor them?

Customer service is poor and waited 45 minutes for a 5in sandwich.
The line was very long staff was kind of slow the restaurant looks very clean and the food was good and the workers were very polite
