Our family has been dining at Surcheros in Jesup since they opened. The food is always fresh and prepared to order. Team members are very attentive and make you feel like the most important customer. Their emphasis on customer service is very obvious and it shows. All food options are tasty and the chips are light and crispy. Can't wait until next time!
Best Surcheros that I have ever been to. I can't find another one like it. Not as clean no where near as tasty none other compares to the customer service or anything close to the wait time. I drive 2 hours back home to Jesup from Statesboro Ga every two weeks just to eat here! Love It!!! Delicious and hands down the best!
I’ve been in some form of customer service for about 20 years, so I know the experience starts as soon as you are greeted. Jace made our order and was an A++++ 5 star employee!! Super helpful and polite, gave us recommendations and actually acted like he likes his job! The food was good, but I was more impressed with the service!
