I called to check the status of my order for doordashing, and the guy was so rude told me I ain’t nobody special I gotta wait just like everyone else & all I asked if I could get my food at the door sense it was just setting there on the counter. He said if I don’t like it then ask for a refund….

Food was so small. Barely any filling, the quesadillas were cut into rectangles and not triangles which made no sense. Service was fast, but probably because the portions were made so small. Most likely won't return to this one.

i ordered a black bean chalupas no sour cream, but they gave me sour cream on each and ever last black bean chalupa(i have four of them by the way) then i tried to order nacho fries and they didn't even have them... i feel very, very disappointed.

Was told to order on Kiosk told them I like to place my order with them then waiting about 5 minutes the took my order then the girl said to place a order on the machine or it be a order Keep in 1 hour to wait. KEEP THAT I MIND...There was only 2 other tables with customers. And only 3 cars in drive thru..And than to top that off Attitude. Next time I'll go somewhere else to get Taco and stuff...

I just went through the drive thru and ordered two cheesy bean and rice burritos which when I got home had shredded cheese instead of nacho cheese and only had beans and onions in it when it was supposed to have beans, rice and nacho cheese it’s literally in the name how do yall mess that up

Unfortunately, the food I received was not up to the usual standard I have come to expect from your establishment.My tacos that I order were not fill with the stuff I ask for. It only had meat and little bitty of lettuce and only on taco was correct.This was quite disappointing and did not meet the quality I anticipated. I kindly request that you address this issue and consider providing a resolution, such as a refund or a replacement meal. I have always enjoyed dining at your restaurant, and I hope this can be resolved promptly.
Enjoyed my free taco for Taco Tuesday. Staff was very nice and greeted me with a smile. Unfortunately, my extra gordita supreme I ordered was a crunch wrap or it would have been a 5 star experience

There was no one in line so it was easy to order. But when we pulled up to the window to pay the cashier opened the window and sat there talking to their manager(?) about some personal stuff. Then after maybe a minute or 2 they acknowledged us and we paid. Then we were telling her we wanted 2 separate bags. She mumbled okay then closed the window. Then we got the food and my grandma said thank you, have a good day and the cashier closed the window on her. I know everybody has their bad days or just doesn't really want to talk to anybody but if you can talk to your coworkers then you can talk to us as well.

I ordered 3 doritos loco tacos, 2 soft tacos, and 2 5-layer burritos. I got my 3 locos, and 5 soft tacos supreme. I didn't check the bag because I was trying to escape town before school traffic got started. I paid the $24 and some change and didn't get what I ordered
