We stopped here on a trip to Atlanta from Florida. Staff was amazing and the food was great. The bathrooms were very clean, which is always a plus when traveling.

I’m not from Georgia but stopped here to grab some food while visiting family here in Jesup. Our server Katie was very nice and sweet. The food came out very quickly and we weren’t waiting long. All together very nice service and overall a great time.

For sure won't be back at this location!! Had a group of 14 of us come in to a empty place besides 1 table who was finishing up with their food. 3 people working and not one greeting from them. We had to wait for the tables to be wiped down, menus sticky from syrup, didn't get told they had no ice till our drinks were brought to us. What should have been 20-30 minutes to order eat and leave took over an hour to get everyone's food which was brought out one person's order at a time instead of a table at a time. Messed up on one person's food so had to have them remake it. Our waitress never once apologized about the wait nor did she refill our cups. Overall the food was good but service from our waitress was horrible!!
When we arrived the employees were loud and sitting on the counter. Our waitress was kind and attentive but the cook his grill was so dirty and he didn’t understand why the bacon was not good another guest sent her bacon back and he told her he doesn’t eat bacon so he’s not good at cooking it that’s why it was burnt or the second round was not done. I will say the waffle was good.

Now I am a true Waffle House Patriot but I will never return at this location. I placed the order for three sandwiches just the sandwiches and it took them nearly 30 to 35 minutes just to make it. It is so dysfunctional at this location they skip orders just to satisfy their tables in order to get good tips. Even when trying to place an order you get overlooked while every employee looks at you in your face without help. I'm from Savannah and this just up location truly sucks. I will be contacting their corporate office to express my opinion on the terrible service food and atmosphere.
