I decided to test the 'express' in express curbside pickup. After placing my order, I proudly parked in the designated spot, envisioning a swift, contactless handoff.

Thirty minutes later, my car had become my dining room. With no sign of my food, I abandoned the 'curbside' concept and went inside. When I announced my presence at the counter, the employee cheerfully informed me they had just started my order.

In total, I embarked on a 45-minute epic for food I could have just walked in and grabbed in five. I finally performed the 'curbside' delivery myself, from the counter back to my vehicle. Lesson learned: at this location, 'curbside pickup' is just the parking spot where you wait for your in-store order.

This is supposed to be a wrap...ya'll know better than to serve a busted wrap. How am I supposed to even eat this? Ya'll are so lazy..

They done a great job getting the team in & out. Everyone was kind & the food was good.

The trash receptacle was full and trash overflowed inside the restaurant. More customer service greeting is nice when greeting customers.

Its been sad to actually watch the decline of this place. No management, teenagers playing around the food, closing early, 25-30 minute drive through time. Truly sad!

For $2 a chicken finger you wouldn't expect it to be cold and so hard you can hurt your teeth on it on top of that the service at the window was very poor could tell the girl hated her job and didn't want to be there. But then notice they were hiring managers.

10/5/25 People waiting in line for over 20 minutes just to be told they aren't taken any more orders because they close at 9pm which was in 10 minutes. That is not how a business is run. I hope the owner/manager is aware of this. I left my house which is not close to get food from here only to be turned away after sitting in line.

Just to update. Crew working said they close at 9PM but the business hours posted on the internet say 11PM and the hours posted on the door say till 10PM Sunday to Thursday. They also did not get my order right. Which I placed via the mobile app so there is no room for error and yet they still got it wrong.

Slowest restaurant in the world. Shouldn't take 1.5 hrs for one one plate of chicken

I sat in line for so long my car engine started smoking. Don't drive off before making sure they put a fork or the required amount of sauces with your meal in your bag. Also getting rid of the marinara option for the cheese bites was... a choice.

If you want to waste 30 minutes, you can sit in the Zaxbys line in Jesup waiting to order, it is by far the slowest service in town and I don’t write reviews often, don’t order here if you are in a hurry, you will regret it

The slowest service in Jesup. The hours they choose to close is so volatile, that your safest bet to even get service is only going to be before 8pm, even though google says they close at 11pm. I ordered fries and a coke and had to wait in line for more than an hour. Do better please.
