Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered online . Request no ice in root beer, has ice. Each meal(3 meals) was supposed to come with zac sauce, only two meals had sauce, two meals was supposed to have ranch, and only one ranch. . the tickets clearly says all the sauces for each meal and no ice.

1 hour and 20 mins waiting in the drive through line is ridiculous. 9:10 pm pulled in with two cars in front of me in the drive through line. 10:30 pm pulled away with my order.

I don’t know if the General Manager doesn’t know how to staff their restaurant properly or if the shift manager/staff working tonight just doesn’t give a crap. Either way this restaurant is in desperate need of some strong leadership and training which it’s clearly lacking.

Do better!!!

I SAT THERE IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR OVER 2 HOURS AND THE WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG AND THEY HAD NO DRINKS AND I SAW RATS AND ROACHES CRAWLING EVERYWHERE

One of my favorite fast food places in Jesup, delicious food and our order is usually correct. Staff could be more attentive but they are usually very busy. Love the drink machine, tons of options!

This zaxbys in Jesup Georgia is trash anymore. It was once a decent place to eat. The staff drag feet behind the counter and literally look like zombies or just incoherent miserable beings that move only when they drag feet to go refiill there drinks at the the soda machine.Seems to be more and more of this everywhere now a days.

I did and online order and waited for an hour and one of the workers gave my order to someone else and now they have to make my order agin and everyone else food was taking forever too not just me be deadass 😭😭

Website and sign say open at 10am. When I arrived was told food won't be ready for 30 mins.

Went through the drive-thru and PATRICK was amazing, a breath of fresh air.

Door said they opened at 10a. Called and was told they didnt know when they were going to open the doors due to no staff available.

We did curbside pickup order. Got there early and checked in three times.15 minutes later my husband went in to pick up the food and they said they didn’t see our car that had been parked in the spot for 45 minutes at that point. They gave him our food and it was cold. The order was not correct either. I’m tired of teenagers running the Zaxby’s in Jesup Ga and will not be returning anytime soon! Every time we go they mess something up! And I’m tired of paying their high price for poor quality!

Long wait, for subpar service. I get the busy Sunday lunch rush, but it took 10 minutes just to get someone to acknowledge us at the front, with a line of people hungry patrons. Then the soda machine was left unattended while being refilled, so forget about getting a drink or ice in a timely manner - oh and good luck asking the front staff to assist. This place is clearly unorganized & the lack of give-a-damn really reflects by staff. The manager or owner was quick to realize the needd and jumped in. Otherwise, We waited 40 minutes just for food in a fast food restaurant. Very clearly catered to drive thru and door dash as a priority.

Ordered food for dine in. Waited almost 30 minutes for food. Asked about my order and was told we're short staffed and only one person in kitchen. Lots of orders went through drive through along with about 5 people that ordered after me all got theirs before I did. I won't be going back anytime soon. Didn't get the Cole slaw with the finger meal and chicken on sandwich was so hard I couldn't chew it. It appeared everyone working we're teenagers.
