My fiancé and I love coming here! We specifically pulled in about 5 minutes from closing, and Andrew, Mason, and Amira still served us with such a great attitude! They were all so extremely patient, and we really appreciated them tending to us despite it being minutes from closing. Thank you guys so much for the service!!! :)

First time trying 7 brew and it was great. Definitely more milky and sweeter than I liked but the coffee was good. My husband also had a mango passion fruit shake which was also sweet. Price I believe it might have been cheaper than another famous coffee chain (I didn’t get a receipt though). I did try to look for there app but unfortunately they don’t have one yet but you can sign up online. The cashier was friendly and did set me up an account. They were quick and they had upbeat music at drive thru.

I’m a big fan of 7Brew and was constantly driving to the Buford location, so when I saw one was opening up in Johns Creek I was so excited but the Johns Creek location has been such a let down. Nothing but rude teenagers and managers working there. My order is always wrong and everyone there always has an attitude. Would not recommend this location, do recommend the Buford location.

Went today for a drink and the free brew buddy. Went out of my way from work to get it. I was there at 7am. I paid for my drink, asked for the brew buddy. The girl said our manager has them and won't be here for 20-30 minutes to wait. B.S. I told her to cancel as I had to go. She lied and said she did. It still shows the $ taken from my account. Thx 7 brew for losing me as a customer.
Drink taste amazing but, I took one sip and its almost empty. Too much ice 🧊
Update: A1 customer service! They have resolved my ice issue with another replacement drink!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A friend of mine had offered to buy me a drink. I was on FaceTime when she ordered it. They gave her the wrong drink and when I tried to get it replaced, they refused!
