This was one of the worst dining experiences in a long time. First start off with the rude host. Forgot us on list and was rude and had a huge attitude. Then the food. It was ice cold, look like you it been sitting in the window for a very long time. I had to get up and find someone to help us. Ask if they could remake my food and they said yes, brought the same food microwaved back 4 min later. We asked for 4 boxes and brought back two. Told us we could share ? Waste of $75!

I ordered the omelet, potatoes and toast. The omelet was fried too hard as well as the potatoes. The floors in the restaurant and in the bathroom were sticky ?. I won't be returning to this place again.

Excellent customer service! Zaire provided great service and the general manager, Clara, was very kind and accommodating. The food was phenomenal and was a great addition to my Sunday!

I needed to eat a quick lunch before I returned across the street to the church for a meeting. I was told if I sat at the bar to order the service would be faster. 1. It took 22 minutes to get a half a sandwich and cup of soup. Despite me telling the bartender that I was in a hurry, she was very busy cleaning up the bar and organizing things behind the counter before turning in my order. The restaurant was out of clean silverware. So I and the others that followed in after me all received plasticware to eat their lunch with. I went to the restroom to wash my hands. It was a lot of Napkin pieces, crumbs, trash on the floor along the way from the bar to the restroom. It appeared that the manager was standing just outside the kitchen door, examining the dining area. Despite much of the trash being directly in front of her, she nor anyone else bother to pick up the pieces of napkins or crumbs on the floor. A simple sweep up would have made a difference in appearance. I did not have time to eat my half of a sandwich nor my half cup of soup. Because it took so long to get those two items. So I was eventually given to go boxes and took both to my meeting across the street.

What happened to this place? Used to love it. Haven’t been in a while. Waffle was okay, shrimp and grits (which used to be my favorite) was AWFUL! Service was bad. Was greeted & given waters, then nobody came back. Heard them asking each other who was going to take the table. We Ordered a mocktail and finally got it with our check in a to go cup…If we wanted it to go we would have ordered it that way.

Jessie and Clara and the whole team here is amazing! Saturday brunch crowd and everyone is so pleasant which is so relaxing. Jessie's suggestions were perfect, she checked on us the perfect amount of times, and overall, she made our experience 10/10! The food was delicious, the music not too loud, the area perfectly clean and smells wonderful, absolutely would suggest! Plus no waiting to be seated! We will certainly be back!

We arrived to the Johns Creek location just after Sunday brunch. If you know anything about Another Broken Egg then you know that by the end of Sunday brunch the staff has been driven mercilessly and nonstop since the doors opened. There was still a wait for a table so we opted for the patio that had tables immediately. It was a bit dingy but I’m sure they had literally served 1000 people by then so I understand. They made sure they cleaned a table for us and Our server Samantha quickly came out and took our orders. Samantha is an absolute gem and they are lucky to have her. If fact I am convinced that if they had two more clones of her that they could run the entire restaurant. She was warm and attentive and had impeccable attention to detail. The food was great like it always is and we had a fun visit by the cook before we left but Samantha was reason enough to go. She seriously should be training people in how to treat a customer.

The server was amazing. The facility and restroom was not clean. Floors looked like they were not swept though the restaurant only had two tables with guests . One would think that other employees would pitch in ?

Vegetarian options: Good options. Given that though the good was good the place was dirty
