I walked in expecting typical fast food service but received way more than that. The associate at the counter gave the absolute best customer service I've had in such a long time and was very attentive to our needs. If you enjoy Arby's I highly recommend this one in particular but just make sure Chris is at the counter

Stopped on 04 September 2024. Chris was working the register, and has had the best customer service I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant. Anywhere. The food was excellent, and the restaurant itself immaculate. Super jealous, overall, that this place is not my hometown eatery. 10/10 recommended.

I just went through the drive thru here off States Bridge Rd. I’ve worked nearby for months but never stopped in at this Arbys. I’ve had a hard day today as my sister is in law enforcement and her partner was severely injured during a call this morning. I’ve cried all morning and decided I wanted some emotional support curly fries. The gentleman who was working the drive thru was the MOST kind, helpful, optimistic person I’ve had the pleasure of engaging with in such a short amount of time. He had no idea of the morning I’ve had. He brought my food to my car and went back in to grab me sauce I’d forgot to request, making sure I didn’t feel guilty about it and offering kind words of being blessed and thankful to help me. I feel like the universe made me want Arby’s today so that I could have this exchange and be reminded of the goodness and warmth that still exist around me. To that man, I didn’t catch your name, but thank you for being you.
