Got the gyro wrap meal and it was perfectly good the problem was the drink and the amount of ice. This is ridiculous. I took it home and measured out how much water the Cup held with that much ice in it. I got 10 oz out of a 20 oz cup.

From the moment I walked into the restaurant I was greeted and treated like an old friend. The lobby is always clean and the restroom as well. The whole staff is Pleasant Polite and Professional. My meal is perfect every time hot and fresh. The Manager Richard... The Best he runs a Great show. I'll be back again and again. Thanks Again guys.

We visited this Arby’s for the first time today, using the drive thru. When we got to our destination, we discovered that the beef & cheddar had Arby’s sauce on it and my kiddo does not like sauce. We came back through the drive thru and explained that we need another beef & cheddar without any sauce and that I am happy to pay for it. They refused to let us pay for the new sandwich and were so kind and lovely. I will visit this location again and patronize them every chance I get when I have a hankering for an Arby’s classic beef sandwich (& now also when my kid wants a beef & cheddar - he loved it!)

Yesterday was absolutely the worst service I have ever had. First of all, there was a woman at the register who was not all that friendly. She stepped away telling us she needed to have someone else check us out. A man came up to the counter for his order and pointed out that he asked for crinkle fries not curly. The cashier lady just about lost her mind. She was screaming and yelling at the man saying he didn't order no such thing and he kept calmly telling her he did. Furthermore there was a young girl behind the counter who was visibly embarrassed by the cashier's behavior. They were also out of so much stuff including fountain drinks, napkins, condiments. Just so unprofessional. Also the food was disgusting. I'll say the food there is not the best but mine was the worst I ever had. I advise anyone who is driving to this location to just keep driving. Don't bother with this place.

Stellar Arby's experience. Came in on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. Was greeted by Richard and he was very pleasant. Unfortunately they don't do happy hour anymore, but he more than made up with it by making sure my fries were hot and crispy. Richard had a warm and friendly demeanor, and I hope Arby's treats him well. Definitely better service than any restaurant I've been to in a long time.

1/6/2025 - Management is doing something right here. I’ve never had a bad experience and my meals are always great. All of the employees are pleasant every time. The young guy at the window today asked me how my day was going?! Hardly any customer service employees do that anymore, except for at Publix. Keep up the great job everyone!
