Just left here and got a number 1 half pound with Kringle fries and 6 pcs cheese sticks. It’s the worse food ever, I had to throw it away. The sandwich was not half pound, the cheese sticks were cold and the fries were made yesterday! I wouldn’t even feed this mess to my dog! The young lady who worked the window was nice, but this place has gotten terrible. Paid $16.36 for a meal and could not eat it.

When I came to the counter, I noticed they received a perfect 100 on their health score. And it's an honor well deserved. The food came out perfectly, the restaurant was clean and attended to promptly, and the service was friendly.

All these negatives reviews are not reflective of this particular restaurant. So what you have to wait a little longer for your food. Maybe because This Arby's consistently maintains a HEATH SCORE of 100/A across the board. Its posted at the drive thru window. Can you prove the Health Score about your favorite restaurant? I'd rather wait a little longer for food from a grade A restaurant, than a restaurant whose employee smiles at me with quick service and a bad Health Score. Maybe this Arby's employees are sick of people complaining about freshly prepared food???? And hence explains the "attitude"?? Or maybe go somewhere else. Jus sayin....

Service here has gotten worse and worse. The last time we were here, we spent 20 mins waiting for our food just to be handed the wrong meal.We told them that we weren't given the correct order and the old lady caught an attitude with us.Fries were burnt and cold, the toppings for our sandwiches were on the outside of the buns, and the mozzarella sticks were cold.We were here Friday, Aug 14th, and 7 PM. Staff were the worst we have had interacted with.

My new best place for burgers..Buffalo chicken amazing..curly fries has now become all time favorite..classic chicken is also really good..
I have to admit that the wagyu burger is very tasty.

Arby's downsized all of their drinks. Do not expect to get any "large" size any longer. They give you the regular and charge you the same price. The small is now their "regular" size. This is equivalent to ordering a meal and finding out they gave you a kid's size meal. ?BK large compared to Arby's new "large" which used to be regular.
