This place is so great! The Korean bbq is great but I’m most impressed by their sushi/sashimi!We got the “love sashimi combo” and it was amazing.It is so fresh and delicious and the service was fantastic. Also, the banchan before and the maeuntang after the sashimi was some of the best I have ever had.The waitress was super friendly and we will be coming back here regularly.

I ordered beef rib stew, but the soup tasted like kimchi soup and was very tasteless. I hope the owner will try it and sell it. The atmosphere seemed clean and nice, but the food overall was below expectations. The roll was so poor that it was difficult to eat as it was seasoned with rice.

This is a restaurant I frequent often. My parents came from far away and took me there, and they said it was the best meal in America. It was delicious to eat quietly with family in the room, and the service and quality of the sukidashi were good. Except the spicy stew was a little salty, it was perfect. I recommend

Got charged for a dish we didn’t order. I brought the receipt to the restaurant and the guy told me the manager was not there so I left the receipt and my phone number to the guy and never got a call back. Two days later, I called the restaurant to follow up and the manager told me she needed to talk to the waitress to confirm and will call me back. No body ever called me back. They seemed they want to fix the issues when they talked to you but they actually didn’t really care. They think time will make the problem go away and disappear.Update: Got the call back from the manager and the refund was received on March 6. Thanks.

Used to like Donkatsu here thanks to both good taste and rich volumes. Last week took it out home, disappointingly found out the volume was significantly reduced (about 30-40% less). It used to be good for easily two persons. Hope this was some kind of mistake. If this is real, then this is simply an alternative way of increasing price.Parking: Easy and plenty of parking spaces

If you know one of the servers or go as a group with a Beopka card, you can get good meat and service, but if you go as a family with your kids in hand, the quality of meat and service will be different. I thought it was just me, but there are many people around me who have had similar experiences...
If you are not Korean prepare to be snubbed. Subtle racism is alive and well here. I went in yesterday and the older lady in front walked by me in line and talked to a Korean man behind me said something then seated him before coming up to me and asking how she can help me.

This place has improved a lot since it originally openned. It is now my favorite korean place north of pleasant hill. Portions for non-bbq dishes are generous. Ive tried a wide range on the menu and everything has been pretty good. Decor is really nice. Only issue has been when they get really busy they are understaffed and service gets slower.
