Yesterday, Chef Dinesh hosted a party at his place and arranged a fantastic spread. The starters were outstanding, the main course was delicious, and every guest genuinely enjoyed the food and left with a great overall impression.

Unfortunately, my experience took a very negative turn on the way out. As a happy guest, I tipped the manager, Panna, $100 and specifically asked him to share it with his two helpers. Right after I handed him the cash and pointed out...
