Went here on a busy Saturday evening. While the food was quite good and fresh (with the exception of way too much lettuce in the grilled chicken bowl), the overall experience was not enjoyable. The floor was filthy with food dropped by previous diners - should have been cleaned by the person clearing the table after them. Our waitress was superficial and had to be flagged down to even come to take our dessert order or check on the drink which never came. Our appetizer plates were not cleared till almost the end of our meal, as the young girl who dropped off our food did nothing more than that, including refusing to check on the delayed drink. Another guy came back with water and lemonade which was already served but not the drink. Very disorganized service with inflated tip suggestions. Not patronizing again. Restaurant itself is dated with dull interiors.

Chili’s has come a long ways! This location is great. The three for me deal is very good and they nail the burgers here every time ! Part of our family routine now!

Worst service I have received in a while. Went on a Saturday with some friends. Took 30 minutes to get a marg with an empty bar. Food came out cold. The waitress disappeared for a straight 45 minutes - never refilled our chips and salsa or checked in on us. Had to go into the kitchen to get someone's attention for to-go boxes. Not going back to this location.
