I’ve been to a LOT of Chili’s and this is one of the best. Came for Veterans Day and every employee seemed genuinely excited that I came in. Lots of happy Veterans Day and thanking me for my service. Our server was attentive and Johnny on the spot with everything. The food was tasty and hot. I’m a Chili’s fan from my time in the military and I’m always happy to see when one does such a great job. I’ll be back and I’m hoping the quality stays the same.

I planned to make my son's birthday a simple party at this Chili’s, as I had done before, but I didn’t know the management had changed and turned the place into trash. The service was awful—the waitress didn’t know a single item on their menu. They didn’t even let us light the candle on my son’s birthday cake, and the manager said it was an “open flame” and dangerous to everyone! The manager was so rude and almost yelled at me while refusing. The worst service I’ve ever received—it ruined all the good memories I had of this place. Never going back there again until the management changes.

Food is plain, not particularly fresh or quality ingredients, not cooked very well.
Sauces on top looked nice, but zero flavor inside any of the meat.

I came here today because it was highly recommended, but honestly, I was really disappointed.

The staff were generally friendly — no complaints there. But the real problem was the food quality and cleanliness. The place had a health score of 100 posted at the door, which I honestly can’t understand. The chairs were extremely sticky, and the baby high chair was worse. Not exaggerating — I literally used up an entire pack of baby wipes just cleaning the area before we could even sit down. Dust was everywhere, and even after wiping, it still felt gross. I don’t know how people are saying this place is “clean.”

As for the food, the pasta was way too dry, like it had been pre-cooked and just reheated. Sure, the food came out quickly, but the quality was really disappointing.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was not what I expected at all.

Absolutely do not order online pickup from this location. 30 minutes after they said it would be ready for every customer here, manager won’t come out. Absolutely terrible

The employee forgot about us and what we ordered. When we got the check she messed up and it was 16 dollars more than what it should have been. Our server Savannah was great at first when she got us a booth but after we were seated she forgot about us and never checked on us. Instead she was chatting at the hostess stand and helping other tables. The food was great and the atmosphere as well.
