Service is always nice at the bar! I go on lunch breaks every now and then. Food is always hot and tastes fresh, and drinks are always full of flavor and mildly strong. Enough to taste, but no buzz.

Just ate here. Left a good tip because the server was trying the best he could with zero help. Host seemed like he'd rather be literally anywhere else than there, audibly sighed when he had to do something. Food came burned on the outside, raw on the inside. My kid got 2 tenders and like 10 fries. Wife and I didn't eat our food. We paid and left. Won't be returning, but please do better before someone gets sick.

The food was just ok it could have tasted better if it was hot The food was cold when it reached the table. Our cheese dips were so thick we could barely dip the chips and my daughter's soup was really thick and smelled like it was bad. I gave a 3 on the service because there were only 2 servers in this whole establishment, no hostess, no bartender these 2 people were it.

We were welcomed in by the manager, and he had a very pleasant attitude. The restaurant wasn't packed at the time we visited, which was about 11:30am. The food came out in good time, and it was delicious, steaming hot and fresh. Our waiter did an amazing job of making sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our Valentine's Day Brunch at ? ?

I frequent here on my lunch break about 3 days a week. I had an issue with the fries one day and was able to get them replaced. Today I had some not so fresh fries but I was still able to eat them. I order some to go fries (I love fries) and asked for them to be fresh cause the first was not that fresh. I was told by the waitress that they had just come out. I said they taste like yesterday’s fries heated up but still okay. The waitress ( Alyssa) then said so not that fresh okay gotcha. I have my to go fries and they are horrible. The fact they really gave me these fries is highly inconsiderate. I’m trusting you with the food that I AM PAYING FOR! I didn’t ask for free or a hook up. Spending my well earned funds on food. I more than likely won’t be there again. The Wednesday waitress (idk her name) left a bad taste in my mouth when I sat at the bar as I always do and ordered fries to go. She wouldn’t take my order and told me to go to the window. I just looked at her then left cause clearly I’m sitting here cause I’m getting a drink as well but she assumed I only want fries. If the food establishment can’t give you fresh fries? Imagine the rest of the food. I love their fries I also told Alyssa I’ve way better fries from here but “okay”. I’m disappointed. I’ve attached the fries. Please let me know if they look fresh to you!

My friends and I love Chili's because the food is great and the atmosphere is amazing. We are always name dropping at Chili's when we are back from college.
12/9-Arrived between 8:30-9p...Most of the issue was our waitress...She didn't seem knowledgeable about food/drink menu inquiries...Kind of acting like a space-cadet...Long story short...Food arrived, we didn't have any plates/saucers...And it seemed we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get them. I even had to ask a second time and our african american waitress seemed annoyed. Would think its common sense to have plates/saucers already on the table before food arrives. Never had this particular experience before, but more and more because of lack of basic customer service etc I'm less interested in dining out especially at restaurants.
