Chipotle Mexican Grill

The police was pretty quiet for the time of day and the staff was really nice. I was attended quickly and Jonathan did my order today. He was really sweet and very friendly! Great customer service 10/10

I had a very bad experience at this Chipotle. The food I received was not only undercooked, but also extremely salty. When I asked them to replace my bowl, they refused at first and treated me poorly. In the end, they made me pay for a new bowl instead of fixing their mistake.

This is unacceptable customer service. Mistakes can happen, but the way they handle them makes all the difference. Very disappointed.

If middle of the road were a physical place then chipotle would be it. It's a go to spot for lunch. It's just right dead on mediocre. Sometimes that's exactly what I'm looking for. Good job chipotle!

I hate to say it, but out of all the Chipotle locations, this is one to avoid. How do you run out of lettuce? On top of that, the lady in the front seemed irritated an hour before closing and couldn’t even roll a burrito properly. I’ve worked at Moe’s, and I can tell you—the way they’re training their workers here just isn’t it.

Gross, they need to fire one if the line cooks no gloves hands in cups, I didnt want to food after being served.
Let’s be honest I should have gone to Taco Bell at least they are real about what they are. - zero stars was not an option

Just left and they have no white rice — the meat looks dry, they’re not even busy! The guy said they just changed shifts… that’s no excuse. I would have to wait 20 minutes for white rice. They were very nonchalant about it and showed no empathy. HORRIBLE LOCATION.

This place is awful.. the staff do not care , beans always look old and dry. This visit is my last, they literally just left the quesadilla in the press so long that the cheese was burning through the foil I got into my car and the entire meal smells like burnt cheese .. I wish I would’ve told them to remake it terrible service never coming back

Cold food & taste is over rated & service is something to watch out for! These young employees have working are we'll the best I can say is FILTY employees barely watching how they handle the meat & the way they serve barely washing there hands. I watch them for like 30 minutes while I ordered & sat down to eat. Just be careful at these restaurants they had issues in the past with employees & food.
As me for I will never enter a Chipotles again ever!! DO BETTER CHIPOTLE.

Any sauce you buy they don’t even fill it up all the way . Shit is expensive nowadays . I need my moneys worth . I’m good off this chipotle they always do something to piss me off every time . Every fails . The time before this they didn’t have pico . It was 7 pm … they close at 11 pm . How the hell yall don’t have pico .

So I came to chipotle around 10:25 location shows the store to close at 11pm but the doors were locked with workers inside. A few other customers came up right behind me confused as well. So I decided to call the store. There were about 4 workers up front with one sitting at the dining table back facing us but no one greeted us or answered the phone. Location shows this restaurant to close at 11pm so the doors shouldnt be locked at 10:25.

All in all, the hospitality and service of Lorena Garcia is extrodnarly horrible. The barbacoa served on bowl was uneatble and when asked to re serve i was screamed at and told to walk out the same door i came in through if i didnt want the food they make. I was cussed at and told very unrespectful things. Horrible service and extremley rude.
