Terrible service the lady was rude when i asked for white rice i had asked her if i could get some and she automatically said “No” i was looking at her confused and she said “ i don’t mean to be rude but i’m not gonna get it cause there’s a line and there was only 2 people behind me. unbelievable this is the second time i’ve had a problem with this lady chipotle really needs to fire her i wanna come and get my food with a great service but sadly the employees suck i really hope you guys fire this horrible lady, terrible service.
The food quality has drastically changed as of recently at this location. I've been coming to this Chipotle for a while now but now I have food poisoning. Someone needs to go see about this immediately before they kill someone. You can tell that there is tension between the workers and the customers are paying the price. Not fair.
We placed a catering order for ten people, and the customer service was excellent. The food was delicious as well.
Absolutely the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I tried to order a large quesadilla and the girl working behind the counter didn’t even bother looking up from the counter when she muttered, “Online.” I said, “pardon me.” Again, her response (with no eye contact), “Online.” After going round and round like this a few more times, I was then informed that I would have to place my order online for a quesadilla, despite the fact that I was standing there in a completely empty restaurant and requesting one in person. It seems like this must be a strange Chipotle policy, which is not the employee’s fault, however, her poor communication and lack of hospitality really put me off this location. We won’t be back.
Plastic pieces in the salad bowl!
I pass by this Chipotle on my way home everyday and I stop in quite often and it honestly just gets worse & worse. Small portions and im talking about half the normal scoop . Always out of something I dont know why I stop in expecting for it to get better I always leave disappointed
I took my order to go.
The line staff was fine. However, when I got to the register the cashier was on her cellphone. To the point the person came over from the online orders to cash out my order.
It was lovely
Neatttttttt
Tasted good
Every single time I come to the Chipotle something is wrong. Every single time. Today they did not have rice. A major part of your menu is rice. The staff speaks little English and gets frustrated with you when they do not understand. I am so so frustrated with this place.
Service was awesome!
Food quantity is low [compared to other chipotle locations]

I went a few days ago and the portions are ridiculous, while I was eating at home I felt like I didn’t eat steak. I don’t know if it’s this location or all of them. They bare put anything on them anymore. I won’t be going back here even though it’s close. I know it’s probably coming from corporate. I’ll just cook at home my own ingredients.
I got food poisoning after eating here yesterday. I have filed a report with the State Department of Public Health.
I have eaten here multiple times with no issues but yesterday was the worst sickness I’ve had in years. It was the only food I had eaten all day and it set in about 2 hours after eating, so I know it was the culprit.
I get really good service here. I have never had an issue. Keep up the good work.
always prepare wrong food
I’ve been coming here millions of times, and I don’t usually have issues with portions, but the rice always has hard dried bits. I work in a restaurant myself, and we also keep our rice in a hot table, but it never gets this hardened.
If any of you see this, the heat on the hot table is probably too high. It’s burning the rice, and I keep having to spit out the hard pieces. Or you could add water every once in a while and mix to rehydrate the rice. Please consider turning the heat down a bit, or find people who know how to cook rice. Thanks.
