Craft Burger By Shane Medlock Bridge

Usually when I go to craft it's a great experience and the young servers are so nice and friendly. I believe there was a managerial change because usually the manager is Abbas but the new female african-american manager is completely unprofessional. I went up to ask for sauce but she had airpods in and I don't know if the company allows that but it's really unprofessional at work. Also, the atmosphere feels very tense and awkward and not at all lively like it usually is. Id definitely return if Abbas comes back. I still would recommend their food and on good days it's a very great experience. It's just hard to enjoy good food when the atmosphere is tense. Thanks!

This is the best location and solid choice for a good burger! We appreciated the generous amount of toppings and how fresh everything was. This place is our go to. The Avalon location is closer, but this place makes a better burger! The only thing I would change is to make the truffle fries a little more truffle flavored.

This place is amazing!! It's halal upon request and the team and owner are absolutely amazing! The food was so delicious, we tried everything and everything was so tasty! The honey garlic chicken tenders were out of this world and all the sides are so worth getting. Will definitely be coming on the regular!

I built a burger and had half fries & onion rings. They have the best onion rings! Everything was delicious! The burger always taste so fresh! I have never had a bad experience here! Love it!

Ordered a single burger with cheese and fries - takeout for my teenager. Said the burger was really good, he is kinda a burger snob. He did pay a small “dad tax” for his fries. I like fries in the crispy side and these delivered. Restaurant was clean and a typical new burger restaurant vibe. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

One criticism - when you walk into a burger place usually not met with a very strong floral air freshener scent, not sure if they have an air freshener by the door. Kinda off putting.

I completely love the burgers, the wings, the fries, and the brussel sprouts. Admittedly, I haven't tried much else yet, but this selection has really been working for me and my famliy. Food is high quality and it's consistent over 5 + visits.

The cleanliness and organization is way above average. Service is also way above average for this type of fast-casual dining.

Great place for a family. This is one of our go-to spots.

My personal pick is the "Almost Famous Burger" which is their take on a Big Mac.
