This places' quality has gone downhill over the past year. Their boba is hit or miss, now. And if you say anything about it, the cashier's get very rude with you.
I have to leave one star . I have been this place serval times before . But , I feel so bad this time , the bubble is so sweet and the chicken nuggets are so disgusting taste . I will never come back . That waste my money
If the bobba won't come with the order then don't include that within the photo on the order machine. it's so confusing and the cashier's attitude was rude. They are be like if you don see the sign we have on the side then that's your problem not ordering the bobba.
Great tea and great space to meet and talk. Always appreciate Jessica's kindness 😊
Order at a kiosk makes it easy
Nice environment, cool music & nice seating areas to hangout. My problem came from how rude the cashiers were behind the counter. Me and a friend came in and neither person behind the counter greeted us (whatever that’s fine), but they looked at each other like they were deciding who would take our order. The guy taking our order kept cutting me off and was extremely impatient with us. He huffed and puffed. First time trying this place. I won’t come back & wont recommend to anyone around.
Delicious tea and great service! I’ve had the Taro Latte twice and it’s been delicious each time!
Amazing Tea, Great Vibes, and the Staff is awesome!
Ambience is nice and the drinks are good but the food was stale and tasteless. The employees aren’t too flexible on customizations like less ice in a drink.
The bubble tea doesn’t taste good, the restroom is dirty, and the customer service is poor. The overall environment is uncomfortable, and the tables are sticky. I was also charged a service fee when I paid through the kiosk. I later found out that the owner decided to pass the kiosk rental fee onto customers, which is disappointing.

This place is a scam. They charge mandatory service fee for using their ordering kiosk. When i asked why this service fee and manager told me that it is using kiosk. I told her that they should put some notice at kiosk and advise everyone that there is service fee for using kiosk. However, manager was giving me false information like we charge less tax on kiosk vs if you order it counter. Also, she told me that there are only two people work here including her and those kiosk helps them which is why there is service charge. I was like why the hack customer pay for this. Owner of this place should educate their employees and should stop falsely taking money from customer. This service fee is only few cents but if you take it from 100s people everyday it’s SCAM and most of their customers are kids/students who don't mind paying small hidden fee on every order.
If i talk about their boba tea, it was trash. Milk tea was all water and their jelly were chewy.
Save your time and money. DO NOT come to this place.
This used to be my favorite milk tea spot, and I’ve visited many times over the years. Unfortunately, my recent visit left me really disappointed. The restroom was in an unacceptable condition — dust piled up everywhere and the toilet was so dirty it felt unusable.
I’ve never seen it like this before, and it genuinely made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen as well. I’m sorry to say I won’t be coming back.
I asked for 50% sweetness and my drink is 100% sweetness. horrible.
Do not advertise a promotion when you cannot honor it. End of school promo that is not honored cos my elementary school kids have no school ID. Which elementary school kid has a school ID? Be better.
Boba here is ok. I prefer Kung Fu Tea. The Ding Tea in Pleasant Hill is more consistent.
Nice place and atmosphere, just don't order online because you won't know if your order is even ready.
