I just got my normal daily boba close to closing time, and I am guessing that was the reason for the boba being very different. The boba was firm to chew and the drink tasted more like water than anything. I have gone here more than 50 times and I am a little surprised about the quality

Went for Trivia with Jenner tonight and hadn’t been to this location before!We WILL be returning! Great drinks and such great food too which was a pleasant surprise for a boba tea shop!! There was plenty of space and a great vibe!!The owners and staff were so sweet and very efficient! 10/10 experience!

Great boba spot. The vibes are high, the place itself is super clean, and service is quick and efficient. My cashier helped me with my order with patience and knowledge. It was easy to order with their help, and my brothers and I had an excellent time here. They got milk tea with regular boba, and I got a hot matcha drink. I love that you can customize the sweetness of your drink, as well as the size. They have food, too, which is just an extra bonus. Whether it’s to-go or you’re here to hang, I highly recommend this spot.

I got food poisoning from one of their drinks - the longan milk tea. I remember that another friend got food poisoning from here too last year. Never had food poisoning from a milk tea before and never expected it. But hey, restaurants lie about their safety ratings right? SMH someone needs to come here and do another food inspection. Never coming here again.

I’ve been enjoying bubble tea at this place for some time now, but my experience today was pretty bad. I encountered a very rude barista (a girl with nose piercing), who wouldn’t give me my order for over 15 minutes, even though it was ready - it was standing on the back table. And then, when I asked, what was the purpose of holding my drink for so long, she started getting really upset and rude. To say that she had an attitude would be an understatement. This is unacceptable, especially when you ask for tips.
