I really enjoy my afternoons with breakfast for lunch at the John's Creek Dunkin location! It's clean and bright with a welcoming atmosphere. Jessica is always ready with a smile and a friendly recommendation. Service is fast and accurate. I love this store!

Zero etiquettes. You don’t charge for water when you buy food in excess of $10. Also they declined a coffee refill (even at add on cost) which is something I am used to at all Dunkin’ Donuts stores.

Would give zero stats if possible. Went in to an empty shop at 11:25 today. An employee looked me right in the eyes, didn't greet or say anything, and continued to speak to the cashier who also did not acknowledge me. Walked out and will never return.

We stopped in for a quick treat and ended up standing at the register for over 2 minutes with no acknowledgment—just awkwardly waiting while employees walked by. Finally, a guy starts grabbing our donuts, then walks away mid-order to chat with someone else—while holding our donuts. I had to interrupt just to get our order. Turns out, he stacked our chocolate donuts on top of the sprinkles ones… not exactly a genius move. Tasty donuts, but the customer service needs serious work.

Sara and Kareem are such a gem. Visited this location today and they were very welcoming and patient with us. My app had logged out and I had to log back in. My kids were also indecisive. The doughnuts were soft and fresh tasting. The patio seating seating is such a great bonus. We will revisit and definitely recommend this location. They also had dog bowls on the patio. How thoughtful .

Drive thru experience. 2 drinks &3 donuts. Took 4 times at the window to secure the order which, upon getting home, the wrong donuts were provided. I would suggest focusing on training and customer satisfaction.
I placed an order and was waiting for 20 minutes for one ice coffee. While waiting everyone was getting there drinks before me and that were similar drinks to mine .When I asked the cashier about it she gave me attitude and said it will be out soon when again waiting 10 minutes until I asked again about it is when she made it. Worst customer service

Couple things that need to be pointed out and fixed. Get the kids better or nice to serve and make sure they are giving adequate amounts and that the food is actually kept fresh when given to the customers. Another thing is the pup cups stop charging for him they make the cup smaller. . Charging a dollar for the same amount of cup that you were giving free is ridiculous. And don't charge for the water unless you're going to give an extra large cup of water.. which should be a dollar for an extra large cup of water., or a dollar if you bring your own cup. We know who owns this spot.. it's quite obvious with the cutting of the corners and going cheap with everything... When you actually change things let me know cuz I'd like to go back..you have some great people who work there. It's not the employees as much as it is the owner cuz the owner SETS THE prices and He's being ridiculous. OVER Charging for a pup cup and water.... NOT TO MENTION OTHER THINGS.
