The customer service alone deserves a five star review at this location. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. Every time we have gone to this store, we leave not only satisfied with a great meal and drink, but quality customer service. The value is so much greater than the coffee shop across the street and everyone in the family can find something they like. During the summer months, I place large orders for our summer swim team and not only are they always accurate, they are done on time. We have developed a great community relationship with this local Dunkin’ Donuts.
I love to work from this location when I’m remote. The staff is kind, pleasant, and welcoming. It’s more than a Dunkin; they’ve made me feel like family. If I ever have to choose a location, this is the first choice.

Ordered my usual coffee, but it came out a little too peaceful, like it had achieved enlightenment in cream form. I asked for a splash of darkness to bring balance back to the cup for my soul, and they delivered with absolute precision. The world made sense again. Excellent service. Legendary coffee control. 10/10, these people are beverage alchemists.

This place is a customer service train wreck. Eight people bumping into one another with orders backing up. Fifteen to twenty minutes later we find out they didn’t have what we ordered. I asked a simple question. Why are we finding out now after 20 mins. Three of them just stood there with dumbfounded eyes and the one guy couldn’t even process a refund. Place is ran by incompetent people, never going back.
