Munchkins taste like old oil. Coffee is inconsistent. But, when it's good, it's fantastic.

The quality of food was bad, the egg wrap was more like egg bite. Donuts were just not good, I should have tried one instead of trusting and buying few dozen. Sarah donuts was right up the street and way better food.

I come here from time to time but I’ve noticed a pattern of their donuts not being fresh. Their customer service is typically okay in my experience but today was not good. As usual, they didn’t have powdered donuts, so I ordered different ones today. When I got my drink, it wasn’t filled all the way up, and you would think napkins would be added to your bag when you order donuts. The dark-haired girl at the drive thru window lacks customer service skills. She would not even look at me. If she’d put the same effort into delivering customer service as she does into her makeup and subpar appearance, people’s experience would actually be better. Please do better.

Don't even waste your time with this location. They have machines that are always broken so they can’t make beverages or foods, the employees are rude and unhelpful. Can't even get a refund when you order online and find out they couldn't make your stuff when you arrive. I've been here multiple times and it's consistent.

The kind man at around 6:00 pm on 11/25/2024 was very polite and humble. He was very welcoming and helped me use my gift card for my order. If Dunkin’ corporation is seeing this, PLEASE GIVE THIS AMAZING MAN A RAISE!!!

Went in to have a quick bite with my grandson. First off wasn't greeted by staff who were too busy talking to themselves and playing on their phones. Person at the counter had quite an attitude; apparently serving customers wasn't a priority. Had to repeat my order 3x. Even my 5 year old grandson asked "why is she so mad?". Got my order and sat down to a dirty table. Found a roach crawling around the pile of crumbs at my feet. Grabbed a few napkins and extinguished the unwelcome guest. A dad at the table next to us applauded and said "I was hoping that roach wasn't going to make its way to our table!" Got up, went to the "mad" worker and asked for the Mgr. Had to ask 3x!! Mgr came and I explained what I had in the napkins. She never apologized. Never sent anyone to clean up the table (they were NOT busy). Just took the wadded up paper and walked away. I'm not going back. Place is not clean. Staff & Mgr don't care. Dunkin Doughnuts needs to pull naming rights from this franchise.

These ladies have "it" together! Probably one of the best run DD I've been to. Quick efficient service and zero mistakes on my order.

Worst customer service ever! They couldn’t count change properly and started to cuss at me! The owner then called the cops when I didn’t get proper change! ?

Went through the drive though and young girl with long pink nails said she couldn’t make me hash browns because they were cleaning the oven. That’s odd. I’ve worked at Dunkin for 3 years in highschool why would they be cleaning the oven at a time like this when there’s still a rush, I would expect that to be done at maybe 6 7 o clock at night so I knew she probably just lied so she wouldn’t have to make my food. That’s fine. Asked for a small ice coffee with two different types of syrups, sugar and cream. I try to go to this location as less as possible because I absolutely hate how they use granulated sugar in their ice coffee instead of liquid sugar. That makes absolutely no sense???? Who wants to chew on their sugar while drinking??? She also forgot the french vanilla syrup but it’s not a big deal, would’ve been nice if they provided the sticker on my coffee though, so I could see if they got all my ingredients.
