If I could give zero stars then I would. I had placed a mobile order in hopes that I could quickly drive through and pick up since I was heading out to my plans for the day. I got there and one lady handed me a drink and then sent me on my way. Note, I had about 5 things in my order so I waited for the rest. The lady left for about 5-6 minutes and then came back to the window and asked “did you need something?” Yes? The rest of my order? She asked me for my name and then proceeded to tell me that they did not have my mobile order because someone else came through and took it. This baffled me, as I had placed the order not even 10 minutes prior. One of the other ladies then asked what drink I had in my car. I picked up the drink and looked at the label. It wasn’t even the right drink or the right name. She then asked me why I had taken it if it wasn’t mine and I told her I took it because it was handed to me and I thought it was my drink. Both ladies then accused me of already coming through and taking my order. I told them so many times that I had just gotten there and they proceeded to check the cameras and continuously accuse me of lying and trying to get free food. 10 minutes pass and I’m still waiting there. They would not believe anything I said and still refused to remake my order after I showed them my online receipt. They went as far as getting their manager involved. After probably 15 minutes had passed, I lost my patience and asked for a refund to which they said was “not possible.” At this point I was running terribly late for my plans and I just wanted them to either remake my order or to give me a refund. Well 20-25 minutes pass and I finally get them to remake my order. This wasn’t the first time they’ve messed up my online order, but it was definitely the last time they do because I’ll never be going back. Horrible customer service. Maybe check the persons phone before handing out online orders to make sure they’re getting the correct thing. Pretty crazy to me that ALLEGEDLY someone with the exact same name as me and the same car came through and took my order. Don’t recommend going to this location.

Please do not go to this location! Customer service is the worst! I had this lady at the drive through that messed up my order and started arguing with me (7 months pregnant). Her name is Bijal - 400072! Listen if you dont like your job, find something else because your service was the worst i have ever seen. Horrible! I hope your manager addresses you on how rude you are.
