Hazelnut Mocha Truffle Latte was terrific. Service is always great. Drive thru lines can be long but they have people outside taking orders to try and serve you as soon as possible. Price point better than that other coffee company!!!

We placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving. After waiting for 10 minutes after we checked in, we asked the barista to check the freezer where the drinks were already sitting. When she recognized we had been waiting unnecessarily, she didn’t seem to care and brushed us off with a “have a nice day” smart elleck response. Wow! Typically the service is great but she made me reconsider if I’ll be back. I am only sharing so that mgmt may consider providing coaching to the staff so that this one persons attitude is not a reflection of the business.

Coffee should not be in the name of this place. More like flavored water. I’ve had more coffee flavor from instant coffee. Not good, not good at all.

Fantastic friendly service. I’ve tried probably like 10 different drinks from here already and only a few are worth trying again. Some of the drinks can be very sweet and some not sweet enough. The rebel drinks are always good to me. I just tried the iced 9-1-1 and it’s a no for me.

I had the chai horchata and it was delicious. My daughter got a mixed drink but my niece got a caramel latte and there was no sugar in it. It was pretty bland and terrible. The app wasn't working. I had 25.00 on my Dutch pass and it wouldn't let me use it. The guy that checked us out with super nice and so helpful. He made the experience. Whoever that young boy is he needs a raise!!!

Had to use my husbands account to add a review since I already did a review with my account hehe! But I absolutely love the customer service at this location, everyone is super friendly, helpful, kind etc!! They make conversations with you while waiting for your drink. Everyone is super friendly every time I go I am always greeted by one of the team members ALWAYS!! Absolutely recommend! I went this morning & got the candy cane mocha w/ soft top for my friend & the holiday cookie latte for myself! Absolutely love! 10000 recommend!!

My friends and I got drinks here and the staff was so nice! Idk their names but the girl had rainbow nails and the two of them were so kind and made our experience so worth driving 45 minutes here for. The drinks were yum and service was quick.

SO incredibly happy theres a location nearby me now !! i finally got to introduce my gf to white coffee cookie drinks and lemon poppyseed muffin tops, the staff were so lovely today despite having to take orders in the rain 🥺

Tried the Strawberry Horchata Chai 1000/10 it taste like Christmas in a cup
The drive thru had a long line but moved fairly quick considering how busy it was in the walk up window as well, ordering was easy & staff was friendly. Definitely coming back to try different drinks! Also if you're new to the app they give you a free medium drink reward

They are unprofessional and yell at you to be bumper to bumper, felt like another centimeter and I would be in a car crash. Avoid until they understand they’re mid coffee at best.

Was there for the soft opening and finally able to get back. The Kicker (Irish cream) is perfection. And you team is wonderful! Everyone is happy and having fun. I wish you all jotting but a successful business
