This location was a little out of our way, but we got on the app and looked for the closest location. This was the store nearest where we were visiting so we stopped for a late lunch. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the food came out and our sub was still hot and it was extremely delicious. The Freestyle soda machine is also incredible and I was able to get a Strawberry Zero Sugar Dr Pepper and it was GREAT!! The restrooms were very clean and did NOT have an odor, which is almost always found in a public restroom, but not at this Firehouse location!!

Had a New York steamer delivery worst I’ve ever had threw it away. It was nasty. Even the chips were still in the pickle was rotten. I’ve been using firehouse subs for a long time. This one came from this location rather than the Northpoint Mall location. It was awful, awful, awful awful food.

The bread was hard as a rock and the sub was dry and not tasty at all. Will not return.

I asked for no onion on my wife’s sandwich and I had to end up getting her something else. I waited 10 minutes for them to get me a lime coke. Apparently, no one knows how to replace the syrup in the Freestyle machine.
Not going back to this location for a while

Went back recently after years and it was the same food that I remember. Hook and ladder is a classic but still very good

Not the way I remember FHS, pricey this 1 slice of meat squeeze cheese overall terrible sandwich, won't recommend or be back. The only good part was the pickle. SAD.

I am a Firehouse Subs lover and this place is owned by a cheapskate. I am reporting this franchise to the company. They try everything to cut costs. They don’t ask you if you want pickle on the side for free (mandatory). They put a lot of lettuce and a whole lot of nothing else. 0/10 I am reporting you.

I ordered catering for staff luncheon. The bread was hard and barely any toppings on the sandwiches. The sandwich was dry with no flavor. I recommend going in and ordering so you know what you're getting in your sandwich.

I went to get a free sub for my birthday . My birthday reward didn't show up and I tried to use my points to order and that didn't work either. The two employees that were there tried to help the best that they could. I got the hero sub. The restaurant was clean.I found out from customer service that If you haven't ordered within 6 months of you birthday or seven days before your birthday, you won't get a free medium sub reward for your birthday.

This is my favorite location for Firehouse Subs in the area. The owner is very nice and friendly and they always put care into making the sandwiches. The food is fresh and delicious. My favorite sandwich is the Hook and Ladder. The salads are delicious as well.

Very nice staff. Easy location. They have been there for years in a small shopping strip in the heart of Johns Creek just across the street from the South Forsyth County border. Probably a better one of the locations. I had the Engineer with Turkey, Swiss, and mushrooms. I’m just not a fan of the food at any of the local locations, or other cities I’ve been to over the past several years. To me, there’s just not much flavor. Very bland. Not a fan. I know it’s like a cult following for those who love it, and maybe that’s why I’ve given it several, several chances, but it’s not a cult following for everybody else.

I am Gluten Free. I have stopped by 3 times in the past two weeks and they never have any gluten free bread. Very poorly managed store that can not keep products in stock.
