Going to this Firehouse is like buying sickness with your own money. They serve some of the worst and dirtiest food. There are even cockroaches crawling around in the kitchen. Especially the manager, or whatever he is, named Salahuddin, has no humanity or decency and is a very rude person.

FOOD AT FIREHOUSE IS USUALLY GOOD BUT AT THIS LOCATION SANDWICHES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HOT AREN'T AT ALL AND ALL SANDWICHES COME VERY SLOPPY

Food was ready when I arrived to pick it up and an employee was very responsive when providing containers for the hot sauce bar, which has finally returned after the overblown reaction to COVID.

We ordered the medium Hook and Ladder and the medium Meatball sub. Both had great flavors and tasted fresh.

This location tends be the better one over any of the other locations in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek/Milton area. I only order from this location now for the past several years.

I love this location, the whole lunch crew is so friendly. They always have huge smiles and remember me. How can you not love a greeting like that. The food is always delicious and prepared quickly, and correctly.

This location was a little out of our way, but we got on the app and looked for the closest location. This was the store nearest where we were visiting so we stopped for a late lunch. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the food came out and our sub was still hot and it was extremely delicious. The Freestyle soda machine is also incredible and I was able to get a Strawberry Zero Sugar Dr Pepper and it was GREAT!! The restrooms were very clean and did NOT have an odor, which is almost always found in a public restroom, but not at this Firehouse location!!

Had a New York steamer delivery worst I’ve ever had threw it away. It was nasty. Even the chips were still in the pickle was rotten. I’ve been using firehouse subs for a long time. This one came from this location rather than the Northpoint Mall location. It was awful, awful, awful awful food.
