This location was a little out of our way, but we got on the app and looked for the closest location. This was the store nearest where we were visiting so we stopped for a late lunch. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the food came out and our sub was still hot and it was extremely delicious. The Freestyle soda machine is also incredible and I was able to get a Strawberry Zero Sugar Dr Pepper and it was GREAT!! The restrooms were very clean and did NOT have an odor, which...

I went to get a free sub for my birthday . My birthday reward didn't show up and I tried to use my points to order and that didn't work either. The two employees that were there tried to help the best that they could. I got the hero sub. The restaurant was clean.I found out from customer service that If you haven't ordered within 6 months of you birthday or seven days before your birthday, you won't get a free medium sub reward for your birthday.

This is my favorite location for Firehouse Subs in the area. The owner is very nice and friendly and they always put care into making the sandwiches. The food is fresh and delicious. My favorite sandwich is the Hook and Ladder. The salads are delicious as well.
