This was my first time coming to First Watch, and i will definitely be coming again! I got the eggs benedict, with potatoes and it was SO yummy! It came with some crispy fried ham, tomatoes and runny eggs with hollandaise over ciabatta bread. I demolished my plate in like 5 minutes lol the potatoes were also amazing! Slightly crispy and browned on the outside but soft on the inside. My husband got pancakes and they were light and fluffy but also huge! My mom got the stay golden cinnamon roll and she did the same thing as me, demolished it! She said it wasn't too sweet which is exactly how we like it. The atmosphere is also super nice, the decor has a modernized rustic farm house feel. It's relaxing since it isn't super bright, the over head lighting is dimmed a little making it cozy and nice. Feels like home. Service is great too! Despite it being busy we received our food less than 10 minutes (probably 7-8 mins) after ordering which was very nice. Coffee was also pretty good. Not the best cup i've ever had, but it was enjoyable. Has a good menu variety as well. I would definitely reccomend this for a brunch spot!

Food is good, but with larger parties, some dishes can be more lukewarm rather than hot. Service is pretty good, but the restaurant is busy in late mornings of course.
Took a to go order of three chicken taco and super food bowl. They were good.

Something has changed in their food. I have always loved their skillets. But yesterday the potatoes had soo much salt! (or some sort of sodium-based flavor enhancer??) Either the recipe has changed (the skillets did used to be served IN a skillet) or this location has a cook that needs to go?? Drank lots of water yesterday, but I still have a bit of a headache this morning! 😒 Not sure we’ll be going back.
