Regular sweet was still sweet, advise get 30% sweet
Won awards for best bubble tea shops, which was a plus.

I had Taro and tasted different - basically weird with crumbs. I have let owner know. She was very good and explained how they make it and why it tasted that way. They use fresh Taro and not power as other places.

They also made us another free drink at no extra cost. Highly recommend the place.

I just had a lovely experience being a patron at this tea house. The people who work there are delightful and welcoming. I didn’t know what I wanted when I got there, but they helped me come up with a drink. That was delicious! I ordered the. Matcha with Vanilla Ice Cream

I’ve been a loyal customer of Greatea since I started working nearby in 2018, and it has remained my go-to spot throughout the years—even during my pregnancy and after having my baby. What keeps me coming back is their consistently high-quality drinks and warm, friendly service.

No matter how many times I visit, their cheese milk tea never disappoints—it’s always rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The staff are always welcoming and make every visit a pleasant experience. Greatea isn’t just a tea shop to me; it’s a place filled with good memories. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great milk tea and a friendly atmosphere!

The quality of the drinks is fantastic—so fresh and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit tea.

The atmosphere is also really relaxed and chill, making it the perfect spot to unwind and chat with friends.

The drinks are perfect every time no issues

Love their drinks, the yakult ones or the Greatea being my favorites. My only discrepancy is the owner can be slightly rude. Because of this, me and my friends usually go to the Greatea in Suwanee instead, even though their drinks aren't as good (but good enough). Not worth putting up with an attitude. Great place to go if the owner isn't there though (which she usually is)

I have always loved Greatea--it is my favorite boba place in Atlanta!! I wanted to add on that I recently got married and was lucky enough to get to use Greatea as my "special bridal drink" on our bartending menu. They were so easy to work with! I must've called the poor girl at the store like 10 times (Natalia), but each time she answered and was so patient and helpful with each of my questions! And the tea arrived without a hitch, and all of our guests LOVED IT. Many hadn't heard of it before (since it's not really in metro Atlanta), but those who hadn't said it was their new favorite! The jugs, cream, and boba all held up really well throughout the night and it was one of the highlights of my evening!

Boba was amazing! I got only 50% sugar and it was still the perfect amount of sweetness! This place practically became a routine for me after my violin lessons nearby. I got the traditional milk tea and that is definitely my personal favorite. There are more menu options that are may be better but i’d stick with the traditional boba. The atmosphere was cute and decorative, made ordering boba feel cutesy and demure. Highly recommend!!!!! ❤️?

I’ve been coming here for years and I love this place so much! Definitely the best bubble tea in all of the Atlanta metro area. Their fruit teas and cheechee are so refreshing, and in all their drinks you can tell they use fresh fruit and ingredients. The mango sago and greatea are highlights on the menu for sure. Their ice creams with toppings are also incredible. A must go!

I recently visited Great Tea at the Johns Creek location, and I had a wonderful experience thanks to Lady ShanShan. She truly cares about her customers and the quality of each milk tea she prepares. ShanShan takes the time to ask for feedback and listen to suggestions, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Since she joined, my friends and I can’t stop talking about how great the vibe is. I’ll definitely continue to be a loyal customer at Great Tea Johns Creek and wish them all the best!

Kid-friendliness: I sometimes take my son with me while I’m waiting on my daughter to finish her class. He will have a drink here and read some books.

Went in for a jasmine green tea, the ordering system was super simple and self explanatory! It was super busy which is good! Even despite the crowd, they were fast. The tea was so good and the shop was beautiful and clean!
