This location is nearby. It’s my go-to for a tuna sub. So good. And the staff is always super friendly and Super quick ! And they laugh when I say “don’t cut my sandwich “ and ps. The place is always clean. Give this crew a bonus! Cheers!

I came to the restaurant on my lunch break and I was mortified by how far above and beyond this location is above all the others I've visited over the years. This is by FAR the best location I've been too and I've been to a lot of Jersey Mike's. Every single person on the staff was very attentive personable and concerned with my satisfaction with what they made me. The district manager was very involved and kept up with the details of people's orders while she was multitasking admin duties. This is my first time eating in a location ever. They made me feel just that comfortable. I watched as they cleaned and prepped throughout my stay here. I will absolutely be back and encourage other to experience this location as well. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Ordered my sandwiches 15 min ahead of time. I get here and these 4 people are just standing around talking. Grill isn’t even on for my cheesesteak. Kids in the car and I’m waiting inside. Cmon. Get off your phone and make a ticket.

While working in Johns Creek I am equidistant between 2 Jersey Mikes-I will go to this location every time specifically because of Tracey. He is always pleasant, efficient, and he remembers my order. He gives the kind of personalized service that customers want! While I am in the store I hear him speaking with other customers and he will know their names and orders as well, which is very impressive given how many people he must see a day. Tracey is a true asset to the store!

I absolutely loooove this Jersey Mike’s location. Not only is the food amazing but they truly treat you like family. Run do not walk to go and have an amazing dining experience with this amazing team. Special shout outs to Richard , Tracy, Rene and Tray♥️✨

The young who worked April 12, 2025 around 2:30pm made a delicious sub.I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Hot Sub and it was soooo good. I hate ordering onions on my sub because the onions are never really cooked. So when I opened my sub and saw the caramelized onions and the peppers cooked - shocked. I enjoyed every bite. Thank you!!!!!

Don’t visit this place they don’t serve fresh bread if we complain they answer in attitude way.

I eat Jersey Mikes EVERYWHERE I go. This location 11300 Matlock Bridge Rd is hands down the best in the country! The whole crew , open to close is great ! It’s a whole vibe in there, and I be just pulling up to get a sandwich. Food and customer service always on point .

It’s a sub shop don’t expect any frills. Service was great though.
