Jersey Mike's Subs

The young who worked April 12, 2025 around 2:30pm made a delicious sub.I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Hot Sub and it was soooo good. I hate ordering onions on my sub because the onions are never really cooked. So when I opened my sub and saw the caramelized onions and the peppers cooked - shocked. I enjoyed every bite. Thank you!!!!!

Don’t visit this place they don’t serve fresh bread if we complain they answer in attitude way.

I eat Jersey Mikes EVERYWHERE I go. This location 11300 Matlock Bridge Rd is hands down the best in the country! The whole crew , open to close is great ! It’s a whole vibe in there, and I be just pulling up to get a sandwich. Food and customer service always on point .

It’s a sub shop don’t expect any frills. Service was great though.

Food is outstanding so grateful that they have gluten-free options. It is hot as heck in that restaurant though can’t even eat inside. Please turn the heat down.

We order from here once a week and it's always $50 after tip. I ALWAYS order a club with ALL TURKEY and NO HAM. Alot of people cannot eat ham because of the salt. I love Jersey Mike's but it seems like lately they are hiring new people that do NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS.I always note it in ALL CAPS with asterisks and exclamation points, so theres NO missng it, or so I hope. As often as we order, it seems like they would automatically know what we order since it is always the same order. It's extremely disappointing when your order is incorrect. It's a slap in the face to consistent regulars. Please get your act together. In the meantime, I will not tip which I do every single time we order. It will be quite a while before we order again.

Terrible service the people working seem like they don’t want to be there. This location has been messing up my orders a lot lately and food quality is getting poor by the day. Corporate needs to do better job At training their employees.

Store was empty with no customers. I got a sandwich Togo and saw that they just gave me bread and mushrooms without any cheese or other top that come with the sandwich this was around 6:30 pm today. I have been a jersey customer for a long time but this location lately seems to be messing up a lot. Will never be returning back here.

Ready to wait 20-30min for a sandwich this is the place, want to order online for a pick-up get ready to wait longer because they don’t use a pickup rack and will finish your order and won’t put it out. Every other Jersey mikes is better or just go to the chick fil la down the street ?
