I came to the restaurant on my lunch break and I was mortified by how far above and beyond this location is above all the others I've visited over the years. This is by FAR the best location I've been too and I've been to a lot of Jersey Mike's. Every single person on the staff was very attentive personable and concerned with my satisfaction with what they made me. While working in Johns Creek I am equidistant between 2 Jersey Mikes-I will go to this location every time specifically because of Tracey. He is always pleasant, efficient, and he remembers my order. He gives the kind of personalized service that customers want! While I am in the store I hear him speaking with other customers and he will know their names and orders as well, which is very impressive given how many people he must see a day. Tracey is a true asset to the store!
