I was helped out by Bianca with her awesome customer service. Renee made sure that I got an amazing sandwich. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub. The place is very clean and it was enjoyable to have my dinner there.
Immaculate dining area and restrooms. Employees go out of their way to be helpful. I forgot my lettuce on my sandwich and went back in. The employee had immediately started sweeping when he finished our order. He said it was no problem, set the broom aside, washed his hands, put on gloves and helped me - all with a great attitude. I love jersey mikes and frequent this location often since I work next door and come in on my lunch breaks. The store is clean, the food is good the employees are nice but they are always very understaffed. Came in on Friday and there were about 8 people in line and there were only 2 employees. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and had leave because I only had 10 minutes left for lunch at this point and hadn't even gotten to the counter to order yet. My wife and I came in...
